摘要: A vibration test jig includes: a base installed on a vibration table, including a mounting surface on which the end of the test body is mounted; a top plate placed on the base with a gap therebetween, including a slot having an inner surface that presses the end of the test body toward the mounting surface; a reinforcing portion placed along the slot; and pressing members arranged along the slot and configured to press the reinforcing portion toward the base. A thickness of the reinforcing portion varies along the slot in accordance with a magnitude of a fluctuating load generated in the top plate during vibration thereof.

摘要: A rotatable fixture for use in a vibration or seismic test is capable of shortening the time for dismantling the fixture. The rotatable fixture of the present invention is aimed to obviate the non-universalness of the conventional fixture and remove the drawbacks that the conventional fixture has to be dismantled before rotating to a certain angle for test. The rotatable fixture of the present invention includes a base, a rotating disc, a fastening frame, and fixing plates. The rotatable fixture has a basic natural frequency which is distant from the test frequency band. Meanwhile, the drawbacks that the fixture has to be dismantled during the test process is eliminated by the special connection between the base and the rotating disc. Moreover, due to the versatile design of the fastening frame, the rotatable fixture can allow a variety of devices under test to be secured thereto to attain universalness.

摘要: A low-cycle fatigue test rig reproduces bearing of turbine engine parts. The test rig includes a support member that is fixed to a frame and defines at least one bearing surface. A test piece is connected to a traction element for loading the test piece so that the test piece bears against the at least one bearing surface of the support member. The at least one bearing surface is supported by a support element that is mounted to rotate about a first axis on the support member. The test piece is connected to the traction element for articulation around a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The test rig is configured to enable adjusting and locking the support element and the test piece in positions around the above-mentioned axes.

摘要: A test device includes a base plate configured to move on a slipping floor in X-Y directions substantially parallel to the slipping floor by an air bearing, and rotate around an axis substantially perpendicular to the slipping floor, and a platform connected to the base plate by a movement connecting mechanism. The base plate is between the slipping floor and the platform. The movement mechanism connected pivotally with the base plate is configured to move on the slipping floor in the X-Y directions, and rotate around the axis. When the base plate is at substantially a center of the slipping floor's upper surface, the tips of the movement mechanism are directed to points on a circle C or points close to C, and a central angle between a line from C's center to one of the tips and a line from C's center to another tip is 120°.

摘要: A fixture for securing at least one test printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) including a PCB having semiconductor devices mounted thereon during vibration or mechanical shock testing. A top plate includes top features including a continuous top outer ring, at least one inner top aperture within the top outer ring, and a plurality of outer top apertures positioned beyond the top outer ring including a top probe access aperture and a threaded aperture. A bottom plate includes bottom features including a bottom continuous outer ring, at least one inner bottom aperture, and plurality of outer bottom apertures including a bottom probe access aperture and table mounting aperture. The threaded apertures accept a fastener that clamps the top plate to the bottom plate for the outer rings to secure a full periphery of the PCB between the top plate and bottom plate.
