    摘要: Disclosed is a device for detecting wall abrasion of a solid-filling feeding well and a detection method thereof. The device comprises a well wall abrasion detector, a horizontal displacement meter, a vertical displacement monitor, and a limit guide rod. One end of the limit guide rod is connected to the well wall abrasion detector. The signal output terminal of the well wall abrasion detector is connected to the signal input terminal of the horizontal displacement meter, and the other end of the limit guide rod passes through the vertical displacement monitor for slidable setting. This disclosure mainly utilizes a resistance strain displacement sensor to detect the abrasion and deformation degree of the well wall, determines the position of damages with the vertical displacement monitor, and draws wall abrasion curves by using the obtained data. The device provided is easy to use, has low cost, has high reliability, and can effectively detect the wall abrasion condition of a solid-filling feeding well, thereby providing a basis for ensuring the working efficiency of the feeding well.

    摘要: A checking apparatus, for example a plug gauge, for checking diameters and/or geometrical features of mechanical parts includes a support structure (1) and checking means (20,21) coupled to the support structure, with mutually movable feelers (36) for contacting the surface of the part and transducer means for providing electrical signals. The support structure includes at least two studs (11,12) that achieve a guide along a longitudinal axis, and the checking means are coupled to the studs in a removable and adjustable way along such longitudinal axis. Several checking means can be coupled to the studs. A particular embodiment foresees three flanked studs and checking means coupled to pairs of adjacent studs. An adapting system allows the feelers to self-center on the part to be checked, for example the surface of a hole.

    摘要: An opposed type fulcrum member of a lever detector is constituted by a main body part having a U-shaped section and thin-walled parts each formed in opposed positions of two sides of the main body part, and two ends of the U-shaped main body part can rock, with the tin-walled parts serving as fulcrums. By performing the U-shaped working and thin-walled working of the main body part by press forming, a low-cost, uniform opposed type fulcrum member is obtained and it is possible to reduce the cost of the whole lever detector.

    摘要: Method enabling a command to switch the measure mode to be entered in a single vertical axis dimension-measuring column. The mode witch command is entered by pressing the probe tip against the piece to be measured during a time interval greater than a predetermined value. The measuring and displaying system then engages in a search mode of the turn-back point of said piece to be measured. Application: measurement of inner or outer diameters by means of a single-axis measuring column. The method allows the hole's minimal and maximal points to be determined with a minimum of handling operations.

    摘要: An eddy current probe with a probe body having at least one eddy current coil is centered on a probe shaft by a pod with a plurality of replaceable centering feet which allows abraded centering feet to be replaced while the balance of the probe is retained and reused. Typically, the probe body is sandwiched between a pair of such centering pods. The replaceable pods comprise matching halves, divided longitudinally, that fit together over the shaft. Each of the centering pods is retained against the body probe by means of a retaining cap threaded on the probe shaft against the joined pod halves urging the pod against the probe body. The pod extends into an annular trepan in the probe body to secure the pods at that end. A face within the retaining cap normal to the shaft or slanted acutely toward the probe and overhanging the pod retains the pod in position around the shaft at the retaining cap end.
