    Abstract: Among other things, methods and apparatus regarding collection, dissemination and display of information concerning paintball loaders and markers are disclosed. A loader includes a heads-up display, electronic devices for gathering, storing and disseminating information, and an antenna for sending and receiving data. Wireless voice communications among paintball players is possible via associated headsets. There is also disclosed paintball equipment and methods for controlling both the firing and loading mechanism of paintball equipment. Current systems or mechanisms have individual and discrete electronic control systems for firing operations, e.g. located in the paintball gun itself, and loading operations, e.g. located inside the paintball loader. The present disclosure unifies the electronic control of said firing and loader operations into a single electronic circuit board located on either the paintball gun or paintball loader.

    Abstract: An electrical make-break connection for an apparatus having a recoiling portion and a non-recoiling portion may include a non-recoiling assembly fixed to the non-recoiling portion and a recoiling assembly fixed to the recoiling portion.     Abstract: The present invention provides an improved battery connecting structure, structured from a frontal disposed portion, an abutting joint portion and a joining portion. A movement device is configured interior of the frontal disposed portion, and conducting wires extend therefrom and connect to connecting holes corresponding to conductive contact tags of the joining portion, and turning shafts are located on the frontal disposed portion corresponding to the conductive contact tags of the connecting holes. Conducting wires further extend from connecting holes of the joining portion and connect to a power supply member. Accordingly, when a rotating movement is performed on the frontal disposed portion and the joining portion by means of the turning shafts, then the conductive contact tags of the abutting joint portion serve to realize an electric circuit, thererby achieving objectives of preventing exposing and damaging the conducting wires, and providing convenience of use and portability.

    Abstract: A paintball gun provides a double-acting trigger apparatus including a pair of finger engagement surfaces against which a user of the gun may employ a pair of trigger fingers. The user of the paintball gun may effect a firing operation of the gun by using either one of the two fingers to pull the trigger. Consequently, rapid firing operations of the gun are effected by dithering the two trigger fingers in rapid alternating motions to apply pressure on and off the two trigger engagement surfaces. Further, the paintball gun includes a programmable, microprocessor-based controller allowing the gun to be fired in response to a chosen discreet event in time. This chosen discreet event may include the opening and/or closing of a pair of switch contacts, for example; or the making or breaking of an electrical circuit effected between conductive components of the paintball gun. Movements of the double-acting trigger apparatus will result in plural discreet events separated in time, so that plural rapid-sequence firing operations of the paintball gun may be accomplished. Accordingly, a very high cyclic rate of fire is possible with a semi-automatic paint ball gun according to this invention.
