Abstract:
A control system includes a cleaner dispensing system and a computing device. The cleaner dispensing system includes a cleaner dispensing apparatus having a dispenser device configured to operate to dispense a cleaning composition. The cleaner dispensing system includes a cartridge configured to detachably couple with the cleaner dispensing apparatus to provide a cleaning composition held in a cartridge reservoir to the dispenser device. The cartridge includes a cartridge indicator configured to indicate a particular cartridge identifier code associated with the cartridge. The computing device is configured to detect the particular cartridge identifier code based on obtaining cartridge information from the cartridge indicator and to transmit an apparatus enable command signal to the cleaner dispensing apparatus, to cause the cleaner dispensing apparatus to selectively enable operation of at least the dispenser device, in response to a determination that the particular cartridge identifier code matches an authentic cartridge identifier code.
Abstract:
The method of improving an evaporative performance of a porous evaporative media in a cooling system that utilizes water evaporation for heat transfer, the method comprising contacting the porous evaporative media with a nonionic surfactant, optionally in combination with an antiscalant.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to systems and methods for cleaning a component inside a machine, such as an evaporator coil inside an air conditioner. A pump is connected to a controlling device. The pump is also connected to a metering device. The metering device is connected to one or more reservoirs. The metering device is also connected to one or more wands. Each wand is positioned inside a housing containing the component to spray cleaning solution, drawn from the reservoirs by the metering device, onto a face of the component. To perform the cleaning of the component, the controlling device disables the machine. The controlling device then activates the pump. The pump causes cleaning solution to be drawn from the one or more reservoirs into the metering device, which then transfers the cleaning solution into the wands. The controlling device then allows the machine to resume operation.
Abstract:
In the present invention, provided is a monitoring device (10) including an operating-state-change information acquisition unit (11) that acquires operating-state-change information indicating a time-series change in operating states of an electrical device, the device being capable of assuming multiple types of operating states, a standard transition pattern storage unit (12) that stores standard transition pattern information indicating a pattern of transition between operating states generated in a normal electrical device, and a monitoring unit (13) that determines whether or not the electrical device is normal using the operating-state-change information and the standard transition pattern information.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a decontamination system for climate control systems such as air conditioning systems and in particular a UV decontamination system for cooling coils. The UV decontamination system is suited for installing downstream from the cooling coil and has anti-fouling protection, anti-cooling UV lamp optimization, and angular optimization for maximum penetration into the cooling coil, inter alia. The UV decontamination system may comprise a reflector a deflector and a UV lamp and other components. This abstract is not to be considered limiting.
Abstract:
A fluid dispensing assembly includes a dispenser that may be attached to an air conditioning unit. A container is provided to contain a liquid clog remover. The container is removably attached to the dispenser thereby facilitating the container to be fluidly coupled to the dispenser. A hose is fluidly coupled between the dispenser and a condensation drain on the air conditioning unit such that the liquid clog remover inhibits the condensation drain from becoming clogged.
Abstract:
The present invention is a support tray for use in the cleaning of an air conditioner unit that has a floor portion with a raised, generally centrally disposed support member, with a sloped upper surface, for supporting the air conditioner unit.
Abstract:
A developer collecting device includes a suction duct, a collecting box, and a suction mechanism. The suction duct has one end adjacent to a development device and another end. The collecting box is connected to the other end and configured to suction and collect developer around the development device via the suction duct. The suction mechanism is disposed in the middle of the suction duct. The suction mechanism includes a suction port that is openable and closable. The suction mechanism is configured to suction the developer inside the suction duct from an outside of the suction duct.
Abstract:
An air conditioning drain cleaning system with an automated blow-out cycle to clean out an evaporator pan drain pipe. The system has a pneumatic valve assembly, a controller, a float level switch assembly and a plurality of air lines in a manifold for actuating the pneumatic valve assembly and blowing out the drain pipe. The controller directs the system to initiate or repeat a blow-out cycle until the drain pipe is clear. The pneumatic valve assembly bisects the drain pipe to selectively close the pipe for cleaning with a pair of high pressure air shots, one shot toward each pipe end to dislodge a clog. The float level switch assembly signals the controller if the condensate level in the drain pan drops. If the condensate level does not drop, the controller initiates a further blow-out cycle at increased pressures until the line is clear.
Abstract:
An air conditioning coil cleaning system including a portable vacuum blower equipped with a plurality of fluid supply reservoirs and a fluid pump, a suction hose with an electric power cord and fluid supply lines attached to a remote hand held brush head containing an elongated oscillating wiper brush. Fluids may be selectively sprayed onto coils being cleaned while vacuuming to reduce airborne debris and debris accumulation in the coil catch pan.
