The linear guideway includes two circulating assemblies, and each circulating assembly is provided with a circulating channel. Each circulating channel is provided with a third guiding groove. A rolling element system is arranged in the circulating channel and consists of plural rolling elements and a rolling element chain. The rolling element chain includes plural spacers and a linking portion located at both sides of the plural spacers to link them with one another. The linking portion circulates along the center line of the third guiding groove, and the third guiding grooves have a constant width.

    摘要: There is a parallel roller type roller bearing for an infinite rectilinear motion in which cylindrical rollers move in an infinite circulating passage. Two side plates are attached to both ends of the bearing unit, and a direction change passage communicated with the truck groove and formed in the same horizontal plane is formed in the side plate. A twisting passage is formed between the direction change passage and the truck groove. In the twisting passage, the cylindrical roller is gradually twisted until the central axis of the roller becomes vertical and is shifted from the truck groove into the unloaded region. In the cross section which is perpendicular to the slide direction of the bearing, the center of curvature of the twisting passage is located in the region contained by the extension line of the truck surface of the truck rail and the extension line of the end surface of the roller existing in the outside of the truck rail. The radius of curvature of the twisting passage is large at a location near the truck groove and is small at a location away from the truck groove. The twisting passage is formed such that the locus of the center of gravity of the roller, which moves in the twisting passage, draws cosine curve or single arc. Thus, the rollers can be stably and certainly twisted and shifted in the twisting passage. The slide resistance of the bearing is small and the bearing is miniaturized.

    摘要: A straight-sliding roller bearing and a straight guide apparatus mounted with the roller bearing are provided. The straight-sliding roller bearing comprises a slide base having loaded roller rolling faces and non-loaded roller rolling faces provided on a front end of a horizontal portion and on a lower end of a vertical portion, a pair of roller retainers attached to the front end of the horizontal portion and the lower end of the vertical portion of the slide base for forming endless roller raceways in conjunction with the loaded roller rolling faces and non-loaded rolling faces, a raceway base having rolling faces opposite to the respective loaded rolling faces, and a number of rollers recirculating in the respective endless roller raceways to support loads, wherein the slide base is provided with an attaching portion projecting from one end of the horizontal portion in the opposite direction to the horizontal portion. The upper face of the attaching portion is in the same plane with an upper face of the horizontal portion, whereby height and preload of the upper face of the horizontal section can be adjusted by exerting a pushing pressure on the attaching section.

    摘要: An endless linear motion roller bearing assembly includes a rail, a slider and a plurality of rollers interposed between the rail and the slider. The slider is provided with at least one endless circulation path which includes a load path section defined between the slider and the rail, a return path section and a pair of curved connecting path sections, each connecting the corresponding ends of the load and return path sections. The rollers roll along the endless circulation path back and forth to provide a limitless relative motion between the rail and the slider. Each of the curved connecting path section is typically semicircular in shape and its outer half wall surface is defined by a V-shaped guide plate of a thin steel plate. Preferably, the V-shaped guide plate is formed with a tongue at one end where the curved connecting path section is connected to the load path section to provide a smooth transition. In addition, the V-shaped guide plate is formed with a mating projection which projects outward from a surface of the end block to be fitted into a mating recess formed in a side cover plate to thereby provide a smooth transition between the curved connecting path section and the return path section.

    摘要: A linear slide roller bearing unit for use in, for example, a machining center has a track shaft extending in the longitudinal direction of the linear slide roller bearing unit. The linear slide roller bearing unit further has a movable table constituted by a long block member disposed so as to straddle the track shaft, the movable table having longitudinal V-shaped grooves respectively formed in the opposing inner surfaces of skirt portions thereof. A pair of right and left bearing bodies are each constituted by a long block member of substantially square cross-section which is screwed to the corresponding V-shaped groove in the movable table, each bearing body having a guide ridge projecting from the center of each inner inclined surface portion of the block member. Barrel-shaped rollers are adapted to be recirculated along the loaded roller rolling surfaces and non-loaded roller surfaces of the bearing bodies and to come in contact with the loaded roller rolling surfaces on the track shaft when rolling along the loaded roller rolling surfaces on the bearing bodies. The rollers in the state of serving as loaded rollers are brought into contact with the loaded roller rolling surfaces on the track shaft at a contact angle of about 45.degree. with respect to the horizontal axis passing through both the centers of the right and left ridges of the track shaft. The barrel-shaped rollers may be replaced by cylindrical rollers.
