摘要： A construction method and apparatus used to form a surround, container or other structure. Posts have slots into which walls, which may be planks or made up of planks, are inserted and retained. Numerous posts may be used with numerous walls therebetween to form many and varied structures. The finished structure is modular, because the posts and walls are not damaged when the walls mount in the slots. Therefore, if more or fewer posts and/or walls are desired later, one need merely disassemble the structure and add the components desired to the existing structure. The walls may have fittings that attach to the inserted ends that cooperate with structures in the slots formed in the posts so the walls are held from being removed from the slots except along the length of the slots.

摘要： A pre-manufactured fence system is constructed of horizontal rails, posts that form a fence field surface or and area and pickets or panels that complete the field. The posts and rails are hollow extruded members of polymer or metal material that are interconnected by bracket members that fit within bracket compartments of the rails. Bracket bar members are connected with the bracket members and are received within key-ways of the posts to properly position the rails with respect to the posts. The extruded components perform fence component positioning and establish pre-determined dimensioning and locations of the accompanying parts and pieces of the complete fence system and provide for component attachment that is not visible when the fence installation is completed.

The sleeve has a pair of symmetric L-shaped parts provided with opposite male and female interlocking members longitudinally extending along free edges thereof for meshing in a locking engagement and holding the two parts together around the beam. 摘要： A fence or railing is disclosed which comprises a generally square vertical post formed, along each outer wall, with a U-shaped channel running its full length; the sidewalls of the channels defining two guide slots and the post further having a non-circular central open-ended bore. This central bore slidably and snugly receives, at its lower end, a pedestal which is fixed to a base plate. Mounted on the post is one end of an area-separation section made up of a top and a bottom horizontal rail interconnected by spaced vertical struts. The ends of the rails are inserted into one of the post channels and kept apart by flat spacer elements of identical constant cross-sections and lateral wings slid in the guide slots of the post channel. One spacer element keeps the bottom rail away from the base plate while a second spacer element separates the two rails from one another. The spacer elements have an outer face which is flush with the outer wall of the post having the channel into which the rail ends are inserted.

摘要： A modular rail and post fence system. The fence system includes a plurality of rail assemblies with each rail assembly formed from a pair of panels. Each panel has a pair of sidewalls joined together at an angle to form an angled edge wherein the pair of panels are joined together to form a rail assembly. A plurality of elongated posts are also provided. Each elongated post has at least one longitudinal recess with a pair of opposed protrusions extending into the longitudinal recess. At least one pair of notches in the pair of opposed protrusions is provided whereby the angled edges of each rail assembly are received in one pair of notches of the elongated posts. The entire system may be fabricated, assembled, and installed without fasteners.

摘要： A rattle-free rail construction includes a plurality of vertical line posts, each having an H cross-sectional configuration defining vertical channels in the post. Each channel includes a pair of opposed, vertically extending arcuate grooves which are of the correct diameter to properly accept self-tapping screws. Another pair of opposed, vertically extending retention grooves are disposed in each channel, parallel and adjacent to the arcuate grooves. Horizontal bars of the railing construction are secured with the ends thereof in opposed channels of adjacent line posts, the bars being spaced apart in each channel by post inserts which snappingly engage the retention grooves in the channel. Double-sided foam tape is applied to the top and bottom ends of the horizontal bars, and the entire assembly is secured in a channel by joining a top subrail onto top of post by means of screws received into the top openings of the arcuate grooves.

摘要： An adjustable fence comprises two opposite posts, a slat assembly, and two buffering elements. The slat assembly has multiple detachable slats detachably mounted between the posts. The buffering elements are respectively mounted in the mounting slots of the posts, and each of the buffering elements is disposed between the post body of each of the posts and the slat assembly. Increasing or decreasing the detachable slats of the slat assembly adjusts the height of the adjustable fence for different applications. The pushing force resulting from the thermal expansion or/and contraction of the slat assembly or/and the post body is absorbed by the buffering element, so that the bottom bracket of the slat assembly and the post body do not push each other to be deformed.
