Abstract:
Disclosed is a moving device. A moving device for moving a tubular member according to an aspect of the present disclosure may include a housing through which the tubular member passes, a first roller and a second roller arranged to face both sides of the tubular member inside the housing and having outer circumferential surfaces that presses the tubular member, an actuator that provides a driving force for rotating the first roller, a sensor that measures a movement amount of the tubular member, and a controller that controls the actuator on the basis of the movement amount of the tubular member, wherein, when the first roller rotates, the tubular member between the first roller and the second roller moves by a frictional force.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a drive wheel set, comprising a common shaft and at least two external rotor motors installed on the common shaft. External rotors of the external rotor motors form drive wheels of the drive wheel set. Also disclosed are a vertical-type wire storage frame, a swing-type wire storage frame, a guide wheel frame, a traction mechanism and a multi-path conveying mechanism using the drive wheel set. The drive wheel set is small in size, occupies less space, and is suitable for a situation where a plurality of motors need to be driven but sufficient space is lacking.
Abstract:
In a machine, cylindrical objects are helically moved by passing them longitudinally through an elongated guide to a set of three skewly positioned rollers connected by flexible shafts to sprockets which have their axes parallel to and equally spaced around the axis of the cylindrical objects in the elongated guide and are driven from a common source of power so that all the rollers rotate at the same rotational speed in the same rotational direction. The cylindrical surface of each object in the series passing through the guide is contacted by the three rotating rollers to impart both rotational and translational motion to each cylindrical object. The machine is particularly useful in helically wrapping cigar bunches with a ribbon of tobacco sheet.
Abstract:
A method of feeding a wire with a drive roller comprises guiding a bent wire into a guide groove of the driver roller at an angle of at least 0.5° relative to a tangent to the circumference of the drive roller at the entry point of the wire into the guide groove. The wire is pressed into the guide groove, bending the wire during pressing and engaging the wire with the guide groove. The engagement between the wire and the guide groove is maintained along a portion of the groove which is equal at least one diameter of the wire and is no longer than the length of the guide groove. The method further comprises guiding the sire away from the drive roller and straightening the wire by contraflexing it at an angle of at least 0.5° relative to a tangent to the circumference of the drive roller at the exit point. A device for feeding a wire has a drive roller with a guide groove, a guiding mechanism, a straightening mechanism and an engaging device and a pressing-in joint of the wire into the guide groove with at least two pressing-in components. The advantage of the method and device is in achieving higher pushing forces for guiding the wires over long distances, as well as high quality straightening of the wire.
Abstract:
A texturing machine for crimping an advancing yarn and which includes a plurality of processing units and a plurality of feed systems. At least one of the feed systems is formed by a driven feed roll and a rotatable guide roll mounted in cantilever fashion on a machine frame, and about which the yarn is looped. A threading device is associated with the rolls for an initial threadup of the yarn before the start of the process, and by which it is possible to lay the advancing yarn against the circumference of the rolls with a total looping greater than 360null.
Abstract:
Storage and dispensing device for elongate strand material including a spool, a tubular delivery system incorporating an integral finger-actuable friction element rotatively mounted for contact with strand material and urgement forward.
Abstract:
This invention relates to apparatus for use in connection with material such as fluxed, woven, copper ribbon, sometimes called "desoldering braid" to capture and removed unwanted, molten solder from electronic components. A preferred embodiment comprises a hand-held desoldering braid gun having a handle in which a supply of desoldering braid may be stored, a finger trigger actuated pincer-type cutter positioned in the mouth of the "barrel" of the gun, a guide conduit for forming a path for desoldering braid coming from the handle through the cutter, and a thumb-actuated drive mechanism for moving desoldering braid to and fro past the cutters. Another embodiment includes a handle to receive a pre-packaged cassette of desoldering braid. Using embodiments of this invention, a length of desoldering braid may be introduced to unwanted solder which has been rendered molten to a liquid state, to capture and remove it from its site, following which the cutter may be actuated to sever off the solder laden length of braid when the solder has hardened. By this means, such operations may be performed with one hand, freeing the other to do collateral operations, such as holding a solder heating source.
Abstract:
First feed rollers whose speed is variable, second feed rollers intermittently driven and movable in the direction of an insulated wire, a clamp which is movable in the direction of the axis of the wire and can be opened and closed during the interruption of driving by the second feed rollers, insulation cutting and stripping blades which can be opened and closed, a wire guiding device which can be opened and closed, wire cutting blades which can be opened and closed, insulation cutting and stripping blades, and a clamp which is movable along the axis of the wire and may be opened and closed during the interruption of driving by the second feed rollers in the direction of the axis of the wire, are arranged in the order mentioned from the upstream to the downstream side of the path of travel of the insulated wire, with a suitable spacing between adjacent components. The wire guiding device changes from its closed to its opened state from the time a little before a cutting blades group starts its closing operation until the time it completes its closing operation. The same also changes from its opened to its closed state from the time the clamps start their return movement until the time a little before they complete their return movement. The second feed rollers are controlled so that in the opened state of the wire guiding device, they may be moved in timed relation to the clamp on the upstream side. Thus, an efficient operation becomes possible while thoroughly disposing of the chips of insulation, and the insulated wire cut into accurate lengths can be supplied.
