摘要: Embodiments of various ergonomic carts for metal forming operations and methods of use are enclosed. Each ergonomic cart eases transport of a machine tool between a machine tool storage rack and a manufacturing machine. Some forms of the ergonomic carts comprise an elevator portion to adjust to various machine and storage rack heights. Some cart embodiments include a tumbler mounted to a superior portion of a cart for rotating a machine tool in space for movement between a storage configuration and a load configuration. Various forms of tumblers are described and illustrated. Each tumbler comprises a punch channel which is rotatable within said tumbler portion between a superior facing position and an inferior facing position. In other embodiments, a clamp rack system offers a convenient method to store press clamps.

摘要: A system is provided for transporting a movable rack assembly and transferring the movable rack assembly between a transfer cart assembly and a station. The system includes a rack support assembly, a rack locking assembly, a docking enabling assembly, and an anti-return mechanism. The rack support assembly is configured to securely and movably support the movable rack assembly thereon. The rack locking assembly is configured to lock the movable rack assembly to the rack support assembly. The docking enabling assembly is configured to enable temporary docking of the transfer cart assembly with the station for the transfer of the movable rack assembly to the station or the receipt of the movable rack assembly from the station. The anti-return mechanism is configured to actively inhibit removal of the movable rack assembly from the station when the transfer cart assembly is not secured to the station by a cart locking assembly.

摘要: A trailer includes a load-bearing carrier frame which is guided on an undercarriage and includes a lateral longitudinal member and two cross members protruding at right angles from either end thereof. Between these, a central member is secured to the longitudinal member, parallel to the cross members, and a loading opening is formed opposite said longitudinal member. A lifting device is arranged, for mutual height adjustment purposes, between the carrier frame and the undercarriage. A load-clasping gripping unit may be arranged on the central member and may be displaced in the transverse direction between the longitudinal member and the loading opening.

摘要: A roller load support, for mounting on a load carrying vehicle such as a lift truck, has an elongate frame with a forwardly tapering vertical thickness and an upper surface for insertion beneath the underside of a load. Different longitudinally spaced pluralities of transverse upper rollers are movable upwardly to protrude through the frame's upper surface to engage the underside of the load during the insertion process. During the insertion process, the upper rollers are pushed upward by corresponding different pluralities of transverse lower rollers which rotatably engage the floor or other surface beneath the frame and frictionally counter-rotate the upper rollers. The lower rollers are spaced nonuniformly relative to each other along the length of the frame, with such spacings increasing progressively in size, within each plurality of lower rollers, in a forward direction toward the front end of the frame. Conversely, each such plurality of lower rollers has sequentially corresponding nonuniform spacings which decrease progressively in size, from plurality to plurality, in the forward direction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a vehicle storage device. A trolley is provided having folding legs with wheels which move from a first in use position with the legs supporting the trolley for wheeled movement along the ground, to a second storage position with the legs folded adjacent the trolley. A housing is provided for mounting in a vehicle to accommodate the trolley with legs in the second position. Goods can be placed in the trolley in one location and the trolley can be used to transport the goods with its legs in the first position to the vehicle where the trolley legs can be placed in a second storage position and the trolley placed in the housing whilst still supporting said goods, and the trolley can then be removed from the vehicle with its legs placed in the first position to transport goods to a second location.

Two frame elements (20, 24) are connected to the base element (12) and disposed at a distance from each other. A first guide device (28, 28′, 28″) is set up for engaging a complementary second guide device formed on a box that is receivable in the aircraft galley to be loaded and for transporting on the transport cart (10). The first guide device (28, 28′, 28″) is further set up for securing the box against displacement on the transport cart (10) in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (L) of the transport cart (10) when engaged with the complementary second guide device formed on the box. The transport cart (10) finally comprises a locking mechanism (40, 40′) which is set up for securing the box against displacement on the transport cart in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis (L) of the transport cart (10).

摘要: A transport device removable bucket. The bucket includes a first, second, third and fourth wall defining an enclosure. A first track is on an outside surface of the first wall and a second track is on an outside surface of the second wall. The first and second tracks correspond to one or more arms on a frame assembly. In one embodiment, the first and second tracks are affixed to the first and second walls respectively. In another embodiment, the tracks are integrated into the walls. The tracks can include vertical elements at which point they are attached to the walls. The tracks can be overhangs created by a narrowing of a bottom portion of the removable bucket. In one embodiment, the tracks are substantially v-shaped.

摘要: A low profile cart and conveyance system is disclosed. The cart includes a frame with a longitudinal axis that extends from its front to back. A plurality of wheels are mounted so as to permit movement of the cart in a direction generally along the longitudinal axis. A plurality of rollers are mounted between at least two crossbars such that the rollers' axes of rotation are substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. The cart is preferably used as part of a conveyance system. The system also includes an ejection mechanism which is mounted at a removal station. The ejection mechanism includes a pusher assembly and a housing. The pusher assembly is adapted to extend toward the cart and push items that are on the cart along the rollers.
