    摘要: A system and process for producing a variety of dry mix construction and ancillary construction materials (DMC) with improved structural properties. The system and process employs a material classification unit (204) that classifies at least one of plurality of raw materials (A, B, . . . N) based on their particle size and physical properties. These classified raw materials are stored separately in material handling compartments (260) and are selected according to the construction grade requirements of the end user. The invention further involves the use of a material selection unit (210) which controls the functioning of various components of present invention. The system and process also provides reutilization of industrial waste products like fly ash, blast furnace slag to produce a variety of construction and ancillary construction materials.

Those parts are then recombined in a desired fashion using a pair of splitters to create an intermediate mixture and delivered to a third density separator.     摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing the viscosity of a fluidic cementitious mixture, the apparatus including a high voltage source, first and second spaced electrode members electrically connected to the high voltage source and (when energized) define an electrostatic field therebetween. The positioning of particulate cementitious material within the electrostatic field imparts like charges to the cementitious particles. By establishing such an electric field and positioning cementitious particles within the field, the particles may be charged prior to mixing into a hydrated cementitious slurry. Such charging decreases the viscosity and/or enhances the flowability of the hydrated cementitious slurry.

Specifically, waste concrete is mixed with water containing hydration stabilization admixtures, forming an aggregate slurry. The aggregates are then removed from the slurry for recycling. The slurry itself is then used for mixing with additional waste concrete, during which time the density of the slurry is monitored and action taken to ensure that the density of the slurry remains within acceptable parameters. The slurry is then used in place of fresh water when preparing subsequent batches of concrete.

    摘要: A concrete stabilization system which includes a number of subsystems to provide a complete reuse and reclaiming of all concrete which remains unused at the end of the production day, and also reclaims all constituents of washout concrete from a number of concrete mixer trucks following the washing out process. A tower is provided for vertical and tilting motion of a material handling bucket, and a stationary mixer for stabilizing concrete and constituent material for reuse with fresh concrete batches at the start of the next production day or up to four days later. The fully automated system includes a start sequence initiated by the operator of the truck, and the process is then fully automated by a process controller which may be monitored off-site. The method includes a number of loop cycles, such as truck discharge and washout cycles, a stationary mixer load cycle, a water scan cycle which determines if the reused wash water contains excessive solid constituents, which are stored in the stationary mixer at intervals, so that the slurry water can continue reuse as wash water. The stabilization loop continually and automatically monitors the hydration state of the concrete in the stationary mixer and a chemical additive for retarding the hydration of the concrete is added to maintain the fluidity and plasticity of the concrete. The concrete is always ready for use because the chemical additive, a sugar based derivative, only retards the setting of the concrete for a short period.
