摘要： The purpose of this adjustable pin spanner cross beam tool design is to allow the Support Equipment technician in the field of Aviation Maintenance to conduct expedited repairs and eliminating damage to 12-ton and 25-ton Columbus-manufactured aircraft jack lock-collars. There has been an issue of severe damage and the inability to remove individual ram lock-collars in the fleet in reference to 12-ton and 25-ton aircraft jacks. This tool is designed for use and to fit all lock-collars of these two multi-stage aircraft jacks. The use of this tool also saves time wasted in attempted removals that have been documented to add over 60 man-hours for a single lock-collar. The removal of the aforementioned lock collars will be reduced to as little an estimated 1-5 minutes depending on jack condition with no damage occurring to the jack lock-collar/components when properly utilized.

摘要： The rotatably engaged socket set includes a plurality of differently sized sockets that are collectively connected at a center such that the differently sized sockets each extend radially from the center. The differently sized sockets are able to rotate through armatures forming the U-shaped member in order to select a desired socket for use. The U-shaped member includes a square drive at a distal end of the U-shaped member such that the rotatably engaged socket set is configured to attach to an existing socket drive, which may involve an impact wrench or pry bar or ratchet. Upon attachment of the existing socket drive to the square drive of the U-shaped member, a selected socket is longitudinally aligned and configured for use in tightening or loosening a nut or head of a bolt.

摘要： A cross or X-type socket wrench comprises a longitudinally extending shaft with socket wrenches at opposite ends thereof and a pair of shafts extending laterally from the central portion thereof. The laterally extending shafts extend at an obtuse angle to each other in a plane extending at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the socket shaft and having pedal steps at the outer ends thereof. In the preferred embodiment the outer ends of the laterally extending shafts are rebent in a direction opposite to the obtuse angle of the shafts so that the weight of the rebent ends and the pedal steps supported thereon are located to maintain the center of gravity thereof on a line extending through the longitudinal axis of the socket shaft. The end of one of the pedal steps is sharpened and bent to provide a claw for removal of automobile hubcaps. In an alternate embodiment, the socket wrenches are removably supported on the ends of the socket shaft.
