摘要： An adjustable roller skate includes an adjustable sole assembly, a lock, a cover assembly and a wheel assembly. The adjustable sole assembly includes a rear sole and a front sole. The rear sole is formed with a transverse wall. The front sole includes a longitudinal bar extending from a rear end thereof and a transverse bar extending from the longitudinal bar. When the front sole is moved far enough from the rear sole, the transverse bar abuts the transverse wall to prevent excessive movement of the front sole from the rear sole. The lock is used to lock the front sole in a desired position relative to the rear sole. The cover assembly includes a heel cover formed on the rear sole and a toe cover formed on the front sole. The wheel assembly includes a chassis connected to the rear sole and wheels connected to the chassis.

In other embodiments, the wheeled footwear may include removable wheels such that the wheeled footwear may be used in three configurations that may include: (i.) walking or running, (ii.) heel rolling, and (iii.) skating using wheels positioned adjacent the forefoot and the heel.

摘要： An inline skate mounting a pair of air tubes is invented for absorbing shock transmitted to its wheels so as to allow the use of rigid wheels, and to protect the rider's knees and ankles from shock. The inline skate comprises a frame having insertion compartments for mounting the shock absorbers, guide recesses, brackets for defining desired spaces, and a wheel holder having supporting plates. The wheels are coupled to and supported by the sides of the supporting plate and inserted into the guide recesses so that the wheel holder moves upward and downward when an external force is applied so as to transmit the external force to the shock absorbers. The shock absorbers are inserted into the insertion compartments and filled with air to absorb the external force when the wheel holder moves vertically. Since the wheel holder moves vertically as the skate traverses an uneven surface, the inline skater can balance stably and safely.

摘要： A skate with inline wheels is disclosed that employs a lever (termed a mast) to provide the upright support and lateral control usually supplied by a stiff boot or shell. The lever doesn't trap heat and perspiration as will the boot or shell, particularly since these must be lined with heavy padding to provide a modicum of comfort. Moreover, unlike the skate boot, the mast may be folded back along the frame of the skate when not in use to enhance portability and minimize the need for storage space. Additionally, the various embodiments of the invention are easier to put on and take off than traditional designs. These features gain additional utility when considered in combination, which have the collective efficacy to usher the inline design into entirely new applications. The inventor considers that the impressive speed of inline skates generally, combined with the features disclosed herein, may someday cast this erstwhile toy and sports accessory into a new role as a practical transport machine.

The device includes a sneaker body and a lower functional unit (such as an ice-skate unit, a roller skate unit, etc.), assembled with or disassembled from each other. The lower functional unit has plural connect members with mortises engaging the tenons. Each connect member has a stop plate in front of the mortise, with an aperture formed between them for a safety pin and a spring fitted around the pin to fit therein. The safety pin passes through the hole of the stop plate and a lateral hole of the inner wall of the mortise, with its outer end inserting in the insert hole of the tenon. A curved rod is combined with the safety rod, forcing the safety pin to move back and forth to permit the sneaker body assembled with or disassembled from the lower function unit to become ice-skates, roller skates, etc.

A lever arm (92) is attached to the heel latch member to selectively release or attach the shoe portion from the heel latch member. The heel latch member is rotatable about a vertical axis extending normal to the elongate direction of the frame. The heel latch member is rotatable between a locked position, wherein the heel attachment member is nested therein, and an open position, wherein the frame is detachable from the shoe portion to convert the skate into a convention shoe.

摘要： A snow ski simulation apparatus which employs a plurality of in-line wheels mounted onto a longitudinally flexible ski chassis member having torsional rigidity which is generally greater than the longitudinal flexibility of the ski chassis. A simulated ski camber is created by providing in-line wheels positioned in spaced apart relationship along the longitudinal length of the ski chassis member. The differential diameter of the spaced-apart in-line wheels facilitates longitudinal flexion of the ski chassis member upon a user weighting or unweighting the ski apparatus in a manner which simulates snow skiing. In this manner the ability of the user to turn and modulate the arc of each turn by angulation relative to the running surface and weighting and unweighting of the ski apparatus is greatly enhanced.

Fasteners mounted on one of the adapter plate and the attachment releasably engage the other of the adapter plate and the attachment plate for releasably mounting one of the attachments to the shoe body.
