摘要： A ski guard assembly for use with skis of different lengths that have tip and tail end portions, sides, tops with top corners and bottoms with bottom edges includes an outboard and an inboard guard. The outboard guard has a channel that is closed at one end and open at an opposite end for removably receiving an end portion of a ski. The inboard guard has a assembly complimentary channel that is open at each end for removably receiving a portion of the ski adjacent the end portion of the ski. The inboard guard is slideably attached to the outboard guard so that it slides along the length of the ski to adjust to the length of the assembly when the outboard guard member is installed on the end portion of the ski. The ski guard assembly is secured to the ski by clamping the inboard guard onto the ski after the length adjustment is made.

摘要： A bag for carrying and storing a pair of skis is constructed of a flexible, substantially waterproof material and is of generally elongated construction closed at one end and open at the other and is divided by a longitudinally extending partition into two compartments. The bag consists of an elongated, generally tubular front portion, an elongated, generally tubular rear portion of greater cross-sectional area than the front portion and an intermediate portion integral with the front and rear portions to form a continuous, elongated bag. The bag is longer than the skis and the open end of the bag is adapted to be folded on itself to close the bag. A plurality of fastening means, preferably velvet type fabric hook fasteners, are employed along the length of the bag to fasten the bag around the skis.

摘要： A ski and pole case 10 constructed from a pair of hemicylindrical forms 11 and 12. The hemicylindrical forms 11 and 12 are manufactured of a closed cell water resistant cushioned foam. Each of the hemicylindrical forms 11 and 12 has a cutout 13 and 14 in its planar face. One having a cut 13 contoured to closely follow the outline of a pair of skis in base to base configuration, while the other cutout 14 is closely contoured to accept a pair of ski poles. Wrapping staps 15 are circumferentially attached to the arcuate surfaces and have an adjustable fastening means at one end. The wrapping straps 15 are attached so that when they are engaged they align the two hemicylindrical forms 11 and 12 to form a single cylinder. Strap handles 19 can also be provided and are generally disposed along a cylindrical element parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder and further centralized approximately aft the cylinder's center of gravity.
