Abstract: An ergonomic vacuum-assist scraper tool has an arcuately curved head in which a scraper blade is mounted at either of a front position or a rear position, a handle or grip portion, and a tubular connector portion adapted to receive a male or female vacuum hose fitting. The head has a cavity defined between front and back walls, with the front and back walls converging along an arc to a mouth or slot opening. The grip portion is hollow and tubular, extending proximally from the head, to the vacuum hose-accepting tubular connector. A scraper blade can be removably mounted at either of the blade mounting positions. The tool is formed of upper and lower halves that snap together along a partition line.

Abstract: The invention is a vacuum cleaner attachment. In detail, the invention includes a nozzle body having a hollow tubular member for connecting to the vacuum pipe of a vacuum cleaner. The side of the body turned away from the member includes front and rear openings. The rear opening includes front, rear and side walls and is in communication with the hollow tubular member. The front opening includes a semi-flexible front wall and side walls and the front wall of the rear opening as the rear wall thereof. Each of the side walls of the front opening include one half of a detent thereon. A cleaning pad support is removably mountable in the front opening of the body. The pad support includes upstanding front, side and rear walls, a top surface and a pad of plush-like slanted filaments mounted on the bottom surface. Each of the side walls of the support includes a second half of the detent thereon. The pad support is adapted to fit within the front opening of the body such that the front wall of the pad support is in engagement with the front wall of the front opening of the body and first and second halves of the detent are in releasable engagement when the pad support is installed therein.

Abstract: The vacuum cleaner nozzle of the invention is provided with a nozzle body equipped with a suction pipe connecting piece and with a bottom plate which closes off the nozzle body towards the bottom, whereby at least one flow channel which is open towards the bottom and lets out into a central suction channel connected to the pipe connecting piece is located in the bottom plate. The flow channel is here double-parabolic in profile, meaning that it is parabolic in its cross section as well as in its longitudinal section extending perpendicularly to the bottom plate in relation to the longitudinal axis of the flow channel. Abstract: A vacuum mop head having a scrubbing pad, a front squeegee in a front vacuum pickup slot, and a rear squeegee in a rear vacuum pickup slot has a vacuum outlet divided effectively between the two pickup slots. Side walls of a vacuum passageway extend downward from the top of the mop head and are covered by a plate that supports a liquid detergent dispensing system and encloses the vacuum passageway from the vacuum outlet to the front vacuum pickup.
