    摘要： An apparatus for selectively attaching and removing a golf towel from a golf bag, golf club, or other metal surface comprises a magnetic holder that can be inserted through an aperture formed in a golf towel or other similar object. The magnetic holder comprises a multi-part body with a threaded portion that connects two body portions where the threaded portion is configured be inserted through the aperture and secured in place via matching threads. The magnetic holder further comprises one or more ball marking devices that are magnetically attached to the magnetic holder, where the ball marking devices can be selectively detached from the magnetic holder and used to mark a desired golf ball location.

The clip may include a pushing surface sized and shaped for a user to removably secure the clip on the edge of the structure. The clip may also include a first set of two or more tabs disposed along the side portions of the elongated body and projected out at an acute angle, the first set of two or more tabs sized and shaped to provide a gripping surface on the side portions of the elongated body for the user to pull the clip off of the edge of the structure.

    摘要： A holder for sheetlike objects is attachable to vertical surfaces such as walls, shower doors and frames, and cabinet faces. Formed into a spiral holder and planar base using a length of spring steel, the holder receives the sheetlike object within a receiving passageway formed between inner and outer spiral bands. A biasing of the inner spiral band against the outer spiral band selectively secures the sheetlike object within the receiving passageway, such biasing enhanced by a biasing surface formed at a terminus of the inner spiral band. Release is initiated by application of a tugging force to the sheetlike object, the tug directed downwardly and along the central vertical axis of the holder. The combined downward and lateral movement thus initiated permits the withdrawal of the inserted sheetlike object from within the receiving passageway.

    摘要： A device for securing a towel includes a pair of opposed clamping members, adjoined at one end, free at the other end and defining an opening with a u- or v-shaped space therebetween. The opening of the space is preferably sufficiently wide to engage at least two layers of a towel. The clamping members are generally rigid but sufficiently flexible so that they may be deflected to increase the space therebetween. The inner surfaces of the clamping members include ribs to enhance gripping friction without snagging or damaging the towel. The face of the device provides space for an aesthetically pleasing design, logo or advertisement.

    摘要： A plastic sheet support clip is provided for use in conjunction with a plastic sheet which performs the function of a protective seal to inhibit the passage of water into the cargo compartment of trucks having a door that is not adequate for water protection. This plastic sheet support clip is formed from a single thin piece of sheet metal. When the metal is stamped the invention is formed comprising a channel form retainer open at the top and a mounting flange having holes to assist in securing the invention to the side walls of the truck. The retainer has a bottom, a front wall and two side walls. A V-shaped notch is formed in the front wall and opening at the upper edge of the front wall. Lower portions of the notch are sharpened and act as a plastic sheet tearer or cutter.
