摘要: A system for providing AC or DC power, for charging or powering electrical/electronic devices that are being used whilst the device is located at, around or within, an item of furniture which is defined as an item that has no local connection point to a mains AC wired power supply of an environment. The system is provided by a series of modules, at least some of which are based around a single mechanical fixation system, thereby allowing the furniture designer or manufacturer to implement a common mechanical fixing system and choose from a variety of modules to create the electrical system so desired. Modules within the system include a at least one battery module plus modules such as a Power Supply Unit (PSU), an AC or DC power in-feed connection point, DC power provision points, inverter, AC power provision points, switches, electrical protection devices and/or power control devices.

摘要: A wire management system for managing electronic wiring in relation to a structure. An elongate mounting track has a spine and locking ribs forming first and second longitudinal locking formations, and a wire management cradle has a panel of mesh forming a central cradle section and first and second attachment sections with receiving channels forming first and second longitudinal locking formations for being selectively attached to the first and second longitudinal locking formations of the mounting track. A proximal portion of one of the attachment sections can be divided into plural segments separated by openings to allow the passage of wires. An accessory rail can selectively and adjustably retain accessories, including wire management clips and power units. The wire management clip and other accessories have retaining formation corresponding in shape to the shape of a retaining formation of the accessory rail.

摘要: A cable management system includes a support having a peripheral edge defining a central opening and a longitudinally extending channel having a laterally extending bottom shelf and an upwardly extending retainer wall. At least one of the bottom shelf and retainer wall have a pass-through opening formed there through. The channel is positioned adjacent to a portion of the peripheral edge of the support with the retainer wall laterally spaced apart from the portion of the peripheral edge so as to form a gap there between defining a mouth of the channel. A door is moveably coupled to the support. The door is moveable between a first position, wherein at least a portion of the central opening defined by the support is uncovered, and a second position, wherein the portion of central opening defined by the support is covered. A worksurface assembly and method of use are also provided.

摘要: A configurable workstation for communication equipment has a primary support assembly and may have one or more secondary support assemblies behind the primary support assembly to define separate zones that are automatically adjustable in elevation by a motor drive system independently of one another and in synchronization with each other. The primary support assembly may have a work deck, an equipment rack, or a conference table. Each secondary support assembly has an equipment rack. The zones are separated by gap regions permitting recessed positioning of equipment and heat dissipation from a base of the workstation in which computer equipment may be stored. The configurable workstation allows operators to see and be seen, and facilitates ergonomically beneficial positioning of equipment.
