Abstract:
An article is formed of one or more Lacrosse netting materials. In the case of two nettings, one is placed behind the other in a staggered arrangement. A Lacrosse shooting string is interwoven between the openings of the netting material to from an article as a sports memorabilia item to be worn. The shooting string can be pulled together and tied at its end in order to adjustably fit the wearer's neck, waist, and wrist, depending on whether the article is, for example, a necklace, belt or bracelet. It is understood the invention is not limited to any one item and can be formed as and worn as a head band, wrist watch band, etc. A metal or plastic or other suitable material plate with a name, design, logo on it to promote and advertise a product or for any other purposes or to enhance decorative appearance of the article. This plate can be affixed at preferably the center of the front surface of the article by adhesive means or by any other known means.

Jewellery items are provided having a plurality of modular elements wherein at least one of such modular elements comprises: at least three connection points for connecting to three further modular elements, each connection point being suitable for connecting said at least one modular element to a further modular element; and at least one intermediate portion, interposed between a first connection point for connection to a first further modular element and a second connection point for connection to a second further modular element of said three connection points, said at least one intermediate portion being configured so as to allow the interposition of a further fourth element between said further first modular element and said further second modular element, wherein said at least one modular element is connected to said three further modular elements and operatively associated with said further fourth modular element so as to allow the jewellery item to pass from a contracted configuration to an extended configuration varying the dimensions thereof Methods for making such jewellery items are also provided.
Abstract:
An expandable watch band has an identification plate therein for receiving identification, allergy, or medical information thereon. The ends of the bracelet have disconnect features which enable an easy removal of the expandable bracelet for engraving the plate.
