摘要: Systems, devices, and methods for associating vehicle identification information with other visually captured information are provided. In general, a system can include a processor configured to receive an image from a camera located at a fueling station. The processor can be configured to apply an algorithm to extract various features from the image, such as a vehicle that is present in the image, facial features of a driver and/or a passenger of the vehicle, or a license plate of the vehicle. The features can be used by the processor to determine information from the features, such as the identity of the driver, the make/model of the vehicle, or an owner of the vehicle. The processor can then, based on the determined information, be configured to take a variety of actions and thereby reduce the likelihood of possible future losses associated with the vehicles or individuals present in the image.

In at least some implementations, an intelligent fuel dispenser can determine customer identities and/or other characteristics and provide customized fueling sessions based on the determined customer identities and/or other characteristics. In at least some implementations, the fuel dispenser includes a touchless interface allowing customers to complete fueling sessions with minimal physical contact with the fuel dispenser.

摘要: Various exemplary devices, systems, and methods for dynamic management of display content are provided. In general, a terminal can be configured to output media to a user of the terminal, such as by showing media on a display of the terminal, which can be a fuel dispenser or other type of terminal. In an exemplary implementation, the terminal is configured to receive media information from a remote system that is located remotely from a site that includes the terminal. The media output by the terminal is based on the received media information but is configured to be customized locally before being output by the terminal. The local customization is configured to dynamically configure the media information to include at least one customized aspect specific to the terminal and/or to the site at which the terminal is located.

摘要: In one aspect, data characterizing a video feed acquired by a camera oriented toward and including a field of view of a forecourt of a fueling station can be received. The video feed can be monitored for hazards, and the monitoring of the video feed can include performing automatic hazard detection on the video feed using at least one predictive model that predicts a presence of a hazard within the forecourt of the fueling station. A command can be transmitted in response to the detecting of the presence of the hazard within the forecourt of the fueling station. Related apparatus, systems, methods, techniques, and articles are also described.

摘要: A fuel quality sensor can include a pump with a suction side and a pressure side for pumping fuel along a fuel flow path between an underground reservoir and a nozzle of a fuel dispensing unit; a first transmitter disposed at the suction side of the pump on a first side of a bypass plenum in fluid communication with the fuel flow path, the first transmitter configured to transmit a first light signal at a first predetermined frequency in the bypass plenum; a receiver disposed at the suction side of the pump on a second side of the bypass plenum and configured to receive the first light signal; and a control unit electrically connected to the first transmitter and the receiver and configured to determine at least one parameter of the fuel present in the fuel flow path based on the received first light signal at the first predetermined frequency.

摘要: A method of processing a transaction includes receiving a site location code. Site configuration information corresponding to the received site location code is received from a database. That information includes more product record(s), each corresponding to a reservable product or a non-reservable product. A selection of one or more of the product records in the retrieved information is received. If any selected product record corresponds to a reservable product, a reservation command is produced. That command requests reservation of selected reservable product(s). A method of selecting a product includes receiving a location input and determining a site location code with it. The site location code is transmitted and one or more product records are received. Representations of one or more of the received product records are presented and a selection of products is received. An indication of the selection is transmitted.
