摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system comprising a food processor and a mixing device having at least one vessel with a mixing tool. The vessel can be both part of the food processor and part of the mixing device. The maximum possible rotational speed at which the food processor can rotate the mixing tool may be at least five times greater than the maximum possible rotational speed at which the food processor can rotate the mixing tool. The present disclosure also relates to a stand part for the mixing device of the system. The stand part may be configured to rotate the mixing tool at or below a predetermined rotational speed as well as at or below a predetermined torque level.

摘要: A self-propelled floor processing device with an optical distance measuring device for detecting a distance between the floor processing device and an obstacle in the environment. The distance measuring device has a first triangulation device with a first light source, a first light receiver and a first lens, a second triangulation device with a second light source, a second light receiver and a second lens, and an evaluation device. Each lens bundles light of the light source reflected by an obstacle in the direction of the allocated light receiver, and images it on an imaging location on the light receiver. The evaluation device determines a distance to the obstacle based on the imaging location. The first triangulation device detects an obstacle in a close distance range to the floor processing device, and the second triangulation device detects an obstacle in a long distance range to the floor processing device.

摘要: A multi-function cooking apparatus control system and control method for improving the reproducibility of cooking results of a multi-function cooking apparatus includes a recipe program interface component to access a plurality of recipe programs. Predefined operating conditions include an operating parameter setting for a technical capability parameter of the cooking apparatus. An operating parameter interface component receives actual operating parameter values reflecting actual operating conditions of the cooking apparatus. If an actual technical capability parameter deviates from the predefined operating conditions and indicates a non-compensable deficiency of a technical capability of the cooking apparatus, instructions are sent to the cooking apparatus to prevent or stop automatic execution of the particular recipe program. If the actual technical capability parameter deviates from the predefined operating conditions and indicates a compensable deficiency of the technical capability of the cooking apparatus, compensation instructions are determined for the cooking apparatus according to predefined compensation rules.

摘要: A recipe program with a plurality of recipe instructions for the preparation of a food product includes recipe instructions to be executed by a multifunction cooking apparatus as controlled by a recipe execution engine. A recipe instruction analyzer module analyzes a recipe instruction with regard to parameters (cooking mode, temperature, ingredients) of the recipe instruction. A cleaning mode determination module determines suitable cleaning mode(s) dependent on the results of the analysis by using a decision module which associates one or more cleaning modes with the parameters. A cleaning mode selector module selects, in accordance with predefined selection rules, a particular cleaning mode from the suitable cleaning mode(s). A cleaning execution module executes the selected cleaning mode after completed execution of the respective recipe instruction if the respective recipe instruction is not associated with a non-cleaning indicator in the recipe program.

摘要: An electric motor, in particular for a kitchen machine, is proposed, wherein the rotor of the electric motor comprises a mounting device for mounting permanent magnets inserted in the rotor. The mounting device has a base body and flexible fixing elements projecting from the base body for fixing the permanent magnets, which press the permanent magnets in the radial direction against corresponding stops. Alternatively or additionally, the mounting device can form receiving chambers for receiving overdosed adhesive when bonding the permanent magnets. Further, a kitchen machine having a corresponding electric motor is proposed. Furthermore, a method for assembling an electric motor is proposed in which a permanent magnet is adhesively bonded. For this purpose, a mounting device is used which presses the permanent magnet in the radial direction against a corresponding stop by means of a fixing element in order to fix the permanent magnet during the curing of adhesive, and/or which receives overdosed adhesive in a receiving chamber.

Also described are a corresponding method, a control system for controlling a kitchen appliance system and a corresponding computer program.
