摘要： An electrical connector includes at least one electrical module. The electrical module includes: an insulating body, where multiple first accommodating slots are concavely provided on a first side toward a second side of the insulating body; multiple first terminal assemblies, respectively accommodated in the corresponding first accommodating slots; and a first grounding member, having multiple first spokes and multiple second spokes. Each first terminal assembly includes a first insulating block, a pair of first signal terminals, and a first shielding shell. Each first shielding shell has a first shielding side surface exposed to the first side. Each first spoke is in mechanical contact with the first shielding shells of a same electrical module, and each second spoke is in contact with the first shielding side surface of the corresponding first shielding shell, thus achieving conduction between the first shielding shells and the first grounding member.

The first signal terminals and the first substrate are electrically contacted to each other. The second signal terminals and the second substrate are electrically contacted to each other. The first conductive body and/or the second conductive body are used to lap joint with the shielding sheet.

Each signal terminal has a main body portion and an elastic arm. The main body portion is wrapped by an insulating member. The elastic arm is accommodated in a corresponding accommodating slot. The elastic arm includes a contact portion. The opening is reserved for the contact portion such that the contact portion enters the mating cavity. The insulating blocks pass forward beyond the rear wall. The insulating blocks are accommodated in the accommodating slots.

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals and a plurality of solder balls. Each terminal has a flat plate portion and two first soldering portions. A receiving slot is formed between the two first soldering portions. Two second soldering portions extend toward each other from lower ends of the two first soldering portions. Each of end portions of the two second soldering portion facing each other respectively bends toward a direction away from a corresponding solder ball to form a bending section. A plate surface of the bending section facing the corresponding solder ball is defined as a matching surface. Along a direction away from the corresponding solder ball, a gap between the two matching surfaces of each terminal becomes smaller. The corresponding solder ball is partially accommodated between the receiving slot and the two matching surfaces. The matching surface abuts against the corresponding solder ball.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a curved-surface metal line is provided. A three-dimensional structure is formed with a metal member and then fixed together with an insulator. Alternatively, the metal member and the insulator are embedded-formed to jointly form the three-dimensional structure, or the metal member and the insulator are fixed together and then jointly form the three-dimensional structure. Then, a photoresist protection layer is formed outside the metal member, and a selective exposure treatment is performed such that corresponding locations of the photoresist protection layer being exposed is subject to a photochemical reaction. The photoresist protection layer is developed, and after the photoresist protection layer is partially dissolved, portions of the metal member at the corresponding locations are simultaneously exposed. The exposed portions of the metal member are etched, and residual portions of the photoresist protection layer are removed to form the metal line provided on the insulator.
