    Abstract: A method for determining two-dimensional (2D) patches corresponding to a three-dimensional (3D) object using machine learning models for enabling an improved texture mapping process on the 3D object. The method includes (i) receiving mesh of the 3D object, (ii) training first machine learning model by providing correlation between historic vertices with (a) historic faces, and (b) historic vertex normals of historic meshes based on an objective function of patch extraction, (iii) determining, using the first machine learning model, 2D patches by partitioning the mesh until distortion of the mesh reaches threshold distortion, (iv) training second machine learning model using (i) shape-related features of historic 2D patches associated with historic meshes and (ii) an objective function of surface parameterization of the historic 2D patches associated with the historic meshes, and (v) automatically parameterizing each vertex in the 2D patches to 2D points on 2D plane to enable the texture mapping process.

    Abstract: A processor-implemented method for generating a lip-sync for a face to a target speech of a live session to a speech in one or more languages in-sync with improved visual quality using a machine learning model and a pre-trained lip-sync model is provided. The method includes (i) determining a visual representation of the face and an audio representation, the visual representation includes crops of the face; (ii) modifying the crops of the face to obtain masked crops; (iii) obtaining a reference frame from the visual representation at a second timestamp; (iv) combining the masked crops at the first timestamp with the reference to obtain lower half crops; (v) training the machine learning model by providing historical lower half crops and historical audio representations as training data; (vi) generating lip-synced frames for the face to the target speech, and (vii) generating an in-sync lip-synced frames by the pre-trained lip-sync model.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for generating a secure digital certificate for a user using cryptographic hashing and storing the digital certificate on a smart contract by a decentralized blockchain.     Abstract: An embodiment herein provides a re-configurable unmanned aerial vehicle that re-configures its shape based on the shape, size, weight of a payload, and efficiently performs payload delivery in real-time.     Abstract: A method for providing maximum traffic flow throughput and controlling vehicular pollution concentration is provided. The method includes (i) processing a source location and a destination location obtained from a user device associated with a user to determine at least one possible route to reach the destination location from the source location, (ii) determining at least one maximum flow route that includes at least one edge with an edge capacity from the at least one possible route, (iii) determining maximum traffic flow capacity for the at least one maximum flow route, (iv) determining active traffic flow routes by comparing continuously if shared or common edges of a plurality of route solutions is less than or equal to a pre-defined limit and (v) partitioning the maximum traffic flow capacity for the active traffic flow routes and permuting each partition of the maximum traffic flow capacity for the active traffic flow routes.
