    摘要: A nail drive method applied in an electric nail gun, in which a rotary actuator is driven to generate forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. The rotary actuator has paired wire bundles and magnetic lines arranged in circumferential directions. The nail drive method comprises boosting a pre-loaded voltage of a battery to generate a peak voltage, and storing the electric charge generated by the peak voltage, and then releasing the peak voltage and its electric charge to the rotary actuator through a nailing signal, so that the wire bundles can generate a current to interact with the magnetic lines to generate a tangential force, so that the magnetic lines can drive the rotor to rotate for a specific angle, and the rotary actuator can directly generate a forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. Thus, the energy conversion structure installed in the conventional electric nail gun can be omitted.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pneumatic hand tool with adjustable operating angle, comprising a grip body and a tool head body interconnected with each other. The grip body has a grip flow channel, and said tool head body has a tool head flow channel. The grip body and said tool head body are interconnected through two rotary joint faces to form a joint portion capable of adjustment of the operating angle. The two rotary joint faces respectively have connecting areas for uniform circumferential motion and high pressure air ports configured along the rotation center. And the two rotary joint faces are inclined to facilitate adjustment of the operating angle of said tool head, and to ensure good air tightness of the high pressure air ports inside the joint portion.

    摘要: A nail drive device of electric nail gun includes a nailing rod and a rotary actuator that can output a specific rotation angle and can drive the nailing rod to move downward for nailing. Specifically, the rotary actuator includes a stator and a rotor surrounding it, between the stator and the rotor, even groups of electro-magnetic mutual action components are configured in pairs, to generate a tangential force to drive the rotor to rotate for a specific rotation angle, and to drive the nailing rod to move for a nailing stroke. The nailing stroke can be determined by the specific rotation angle. Thus, through the above configuration of the rotary actuator, the structure of the electric nail gun can be simplified.

    摘要: A braking and driving mechanism includes a guide plate, a driving rod, a magazine, and a pressing rod. The pressing rod consists of a bar shaped arm with its two opposite ends extending to respectively form a tongue portion and a pushing portion. A pivot portion is formed between the tongue portion and the pushing portion. The pressing rod is pivotably disposed in the magazine via the pivot portion. An elastic member for driving the arm to transversely press a main body of each of the nails is disposed on the pushing portion. If the number of remaining nails in the magazine is equal to a default number the elastic member drives the tongue portion to move to a position where the tongue portion can block the stopping portion such that the movement of the driving rod is braked.

    摘要: A driving device for resetting a hitting nail bar of the pneumatic nail gun, which is mounted in a gun body including a main air chamber, a trigger valve, a hitting nail bar and a bottom cylinder chamber disposed therein is provided. The driving device includes a main gas channel and a sensing valve component slidably disposed in the main gas channel. The main gas channel communicates with the main air chamber and the bottom cylinder chamber via the trigger valve. The sensing valve component is controlled by the position of the hitting nail bar to be either opened or closed. The sensing valve component is opened on the condition that a reset state of the hitting nail bar is excluded, and the high-pressure air is introduced from the main air chamber into the bottom cylinder chamber to drive the hitting nail bar to move upwardly to reset rapidly.

    摘要: A trigger switch mechanism of a nail gun is pivotally attached between two side plates of a trigger of the nail gun. The switch mechanism includes a blocking piece pivotally attached to a safety slide rod and a trigger valve rod of the nail gun. Each of the side plates includes an axis hole, and two blocking grooves are disposed in the axis hole. The switch mechanism includes a plurality of blocking teeth, and a spring is disposed between one of the side plate and the switch mechanism to abut the switch mechanism and nest the blocking teeth into the blocking groove for stopping the switch mechanism. The switch mechanism includes a dial portion for being dialed by a hand of the operator, which is capable of deviating the blocking teeth from the blocking grooves to release the switch mechanism, and rotating the switch mechanism to adjust the position of the blocking piece relative to the safety slide rod, so as to realize conveniently switching the operation modes of the trigger of the nail gun.

The main chamber is capable of collecting the high pressure air via the air-in passage to actuate the cylinder to move up while the valve bar is pressed, and exhausting the high pressure air via the air-out passage to actuate the cylinder to move down for reposition while the valve bar is released.

    摘要: A nail driver includes a cell formed inside a nail cartridge. A braking unit with one end formed as a retaining portion and the other end formed as a contact portion is pivotally installed in the cell. A resilient member is installed in the cell for pressing on the contact portion to swing the retaining portion to a releasing position so that a securing slide rod can freely slide to have the nail drive being actuated when there is any nail in the nail cartridge. When there is no more nail, a nail pusher pushed by a spring makes a protrusion of the nail pusher pressing on the contact portion against the resilient member to swing the retaining portion to a restraining position to block in the moving path of an extending portion of the securing slide so that the nail drive cannot be actuated until the nails are reloaded.
