    摘要: A pneumatic rotary tool generally includes a housing, an air motor, a rotatable valve, and a dial ring. The housing defines therein an air chamber for receiving compressed air and is furnished with a drive lug at one end and an air inlet at an opposite end, wherein the air inlet communicates with the air chamber. The air motor is disposed in the housing between the drive lug and the air chamber and has an output shaft connected to the drive lug. The rotatable valve is rotatably disposed in the housing between the air motor and the air chamber. The dial ring is rotatably mounted around the housing, close to the air inlet, and coupled to the rotatable valve by a tube therebetween to enable the air motor to be switched between a forward rotation mode and a reverse rotation mode.

    摘要: An air-path structure of pneumatic a nail gun, formed inside a gun body containing high-pressure air, comprises a main air chamber, a firing valve air chamber and a time-delayed air chamber that continuously releases the high-pressure air to the atmosphere. The gun body is configured with a trigger valve and a slider valve. The inside of the trigger valve is formed with a safety-on air chamber and a safety-off air chamber. The trigger valve controls the high-pressure air inside the firing valve air chamber to be discharged to the atmosphere. The slider valve controls the high-pressure air inside the main air chamber flowing toward the firing valve air chamber, the time-delayed air chamber and the safety-off air chamber. Specifically, the safety-on air chamber is constantly communicated with the main air chamber and constantly contains high-pressure air, and the slider valve can control the high-pressure air inside the safety-off air chamber flowing into the time-delayed air chamber. In this way, the invention can improve the operating safety of conventional pneumatic nail guns.

    摘要: A return transmission of nailing rod for electric nail gun is disclosed, comprising a pulley assembly and a return elastic component configured in a gun body frame. The pulley assembly includes a towing rope, a movable pulley that guides the towing rope. A guiding holder is provided for pivoting the movable pulley. When the nailing rod moves downward along a nailing stroke to shoot the nail, the towing rope can tow the movable pulley and drive the guiding holder to move an action stroke in a way to store the elastic potential energy of the return elastic component. After nailing, the return elastic component will drive the guiding holder in a way to release the elastic potential energy, so that the guiding holder can move along the action stroke back to its original position, and the guiding holder will tow the towing rope through the movable pulley, so as to drive the nailing rod to move along the nailing stroke back to its original position. In this way, the load of the return elastic component can be reduced.
