Abstract:
Disclosed are systems, apparatus, and methods for generating an information feed based on contextual data. User contextual data associated with a user is retrieved. The user contextual data identifies entities associated with the user. Data objects may be identified based on the retrieved user contextual data. Data object contextual data associated with the data objects may be retrieved. Feed items may be generated based on the data objects and the retrieved data object contextual data. A weight associated with each of the feed items may be generated. The weight may be generated based on the retrieved user contextual data and the retrieved data object contextual data. An information feed including at least some of the feed items may be generated. The information feed may arrange the at least some of the feed items based on the generated weight associated with each of the at least some of the feed items.

Abstract:
A method for providing information relating to revenue of an enterprise is disclosed. The method embodiment includes receiving, by a server computer, a request from a user for information relating to an enterprise's revenue, and identifying a plurality of business contacts of the user. The business contacts are affiliated with a company with which the enterprise is conducting business to produce revenue. An impact score is determined for each of the business contacts based on impact factors relating to at least an attribute of the business contact, an attribute of a company affiliated with the business contact, and to the business contact's role in completed and pending business transactions between the company and the enterprise. At least one business contact is selected based on its impact score, and a response including information identifying the selected business contact(s) is transmitted by the server to the user.
Abstract:
A method for providing recommended products from a customer relationship management (CRM) system is disclosed. The method embodiment includes receiving from a user system a message including a request for a product relevant to a customer affiliated with an enterprise, where the message also includes information identifying the customer, the enterprise, and/or a product purchased by the customer. The method also includes identifying suggested products based on information managed by the CRM system and related to the customer, the enterprise and/or the purchased product. A relevance score is determined for each of the suggested products based on relevance factors and social media influence factors, and recommended products are selected based on the relevance scores of the recommended products. Information identifying the recommended products is included in a response message that is transmitted to the user system.
Abstract:
Disclosed are systems, apparatus, and methods for generating a user profile interface based on skill information associated with a user. Skill information associated with the user may be received. The skill information may include data values that identify at least one skill associated with the user, and that further identify a skill level associated with the at least one skill. A plurality of user interface components may be generated based on the received skill information. The plurality of user interface components may be configured to display a graphical representation generated based on at least some of the skill information. An input may be received. The input may identify a configuration of the plurality of user interface components and may further identify a representation of the skill information within the plurality of user interface components. The plurality of user interface components may be rendered and displayed on a display device.
Abstract:
Disclosed are systems, apparatus, and methods for generating an organization profile. Skill information associated with a plurality of employees may be received. The skill information may include data values that identify skills associated with each of the plurality of employees. The skill information may further identify a skill level associated with each identified skill. Employee profile information may be retrieved from an organization database. The received skill information may be combined with the retrieved employee profile information. An organization profile may be generated based on the combined information. Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for content-based recommendations for private network users. A system identifies a topic of interest based on analyzing content with which a user interface associated with a private network has interactions. Interactions include the user interface creating content and/or the user interface indicating interest in content. The system identifies a source associated with the topic of interest based on analyzing content with which multiple user interfaces associated with the private network have multiple interactions. The source includes content associated with the topic of interest and/or a content creator associated with the topic of interest. The system outputs a recommendation for the user interface to access the source.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for optimizing compensation allocations, and in particular, spiff allocations. With a limited budget, embodiments calculate optimized allocations or distributions of the budget to maximize employee productivity by analyzing input parameters associated with a productivity period, creating performance models for each employee or group of employees based on the analysis, and generating a budget allocation model so as to increase the sum output of the employee productivity. Approaches are data driven and modifiable to account for new data.
