Abstract: A method includes: detecting, at a computing device coupled to an image sensor, an input request; in response to detecting the input request, capturing a reference image via the image sensor, the reference image containing a virtual keypad having a set of virtual keys; detecting, in the reference image, the set of virtual keys; capturing, via the image sensor, a key-press image of the virtual keypad; detecting, in the key-press image, a subset of the virtual keys; comparing the set of virtual keys and the subset of virtual keys to identify a key-press obscuring one of the virtual keys; and returning input data corresponding to the obscured virtual key.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive, from a barcode reader, read data associated with the barcode reader reading a barcode associated with a product. The system may receive, from an imager, image data associated with an image that depicts packaging of the product. The system may decode the read data to obtain product information that is associated with the product. The system may generate a product entry that associates the product information with the image data. The system may perform an action associated with the product entry to enable an image processing model to identify the product information based on the packaging depicted in the image.

Abstract: Devices and methods for computer vision guided monitoring and analysis of a display module are disclosed herein. The method receives at least one captured image of at least a portion of an object for displaying at least one item. The method quantifies a state of the object present in the captured image by determining at least one anomaly associated with the object present in the captured image based on a comparison of at least one extracted attribute of the object present in the captured image and at least one extracted attribute of the object present in a reference image where the reference image is indicative of an optimal state of the object present in the captured image. The method determines whether the anomaly is greater than a threshold and generates and transmits a notification when the anomaly is greater than the threshold.
