The method comprises steps of: (a) applying to the human nails a composition comprising: (i) a first polymer binder having Mw greater than 20,000 and a Tg less than 70° C.; (ii) a second polymer binder having Mw less than 15,000 and a Tg greater than 90° C.; and (iii) water; wherein the composition contains less than 10% of organic solvents; and (b) allowing the composition to dry until the polymer film has formed.

The fabric care composition comprises a silicone oil-in-water emulsion which emulsion is obtained by a. forming an oil phase by mixing at least one silicone compound with at least one silicone-free oil, b. optionally adding an emulsifier, c. adding water, d. forming an oil-in-water emulsion. A silicone oil, comprising a siloxane or polysiloxane compound, for example polydimethyl siloxane (polydimethyl silicone or PDMS), or a derivative thereof, e.g., amino and amido silicone, diluted with a silicone-free oil still can provide an emulsion providing high fabric care properties while decreasing the costs.

    摘要： This invention relates to organopolysiloxane (silicone) compositions containing an active material chosen to have a desired effect in the composition, such as a perfume, sunscreen, vitamin, drug, biocide, pest repellent, catalyst or cooling agent. The active material is generally an organic material which is not silicon-containing. In particular the invention relates to such composition in which the release of the active material from the composition is inhibited or controlled. The active material is incorporated in a blend of a wax with an organopolysiloxane which has been formed by polymerization in the presence of the wax. It was found that by polymerizing an organopolysiloxane in admixture with molten wax, a stable wax silicone dispersion is obtained which allows ready incorporation of an active material such as a perfume and which releases the perfume only slowly, and may be controlled to release the perfume or other active material in desired circumstances.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a controlled release carrier system that can be incorporated into rinse-off application products containing at least one surfactant such as heavy duty liquids (HDL), Rinse Cycle Fabric Softeners (RCFS), Shampoos, Hair Conditioners, Shower Gels, cleansing products, and that enhance deposition of lipophilic active materials like fragrance, fine perfumes, flavors and other volatile compounds onto a surface. The fragrance composition is encapsulated within a shell comprising a silicon-containing material and the shell has a mean diameter size which is lower than 30 micrometer. The surfactant composition containing the fragrance composition is washed off and the fragrance is progressively released.
