Abstract: To provide a solid makeup cosmetic material which has a high moisturizing effect, is superior in stability in a humidified environment and allows the moisturizing effect to be actually sensed upon use. In a solid makeup cosmetic material, 33% by mass or more of an oil component and 3 to 15% by mass of a moisturizing agent are incorporated with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic material.
