摘要: The present invention provides a multi-ply molding hot-runner mold including a plurality of nozzle bodies for injecting a plurality of different resin materials to form a multi-ply product. The hot-runner mold comprises a plurality of hot-runner blocks each having a runner for conducting each resin material into the corresponding nozzle body. The hot-runner blocks are stacked one above another with a thermal insulation layer therebetween. Each of the hot-runner blocks includes temperature control means for maintaining the hot-runner blocks at its own molding temperature. Connecting blocks for conducting the resin material from the lower block to the upper block are provided between each adjacent hot-runner block. Between each adjacent hot-runner block there are provided holding members and thermal insulation layers.

摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus of stretch-blow molding a preform in the axial and radial directions into a biaxially oriented container by the use of a stretching rod assembly and a blowing of pressurized fluid. In the axially stretching step, the surface area of the working end of the stretching rod assembly is changed. The axially stretching step is carried out through a plurality of stages each of which provide a different surface area of the working end of the stretching rod assembly. The apparatus preferred to carry out this process has a plurality of concentrically disposed stretching rods and a tip piece fixedly mounted on the working end of each of the stretching rods and having an external diameter at the surface area different from those of the other stretching rods. When such stretching rods are driven independently or in combination, the bottom surface area of the stretching rod assembly to be engaged by the inner bottom wall of the preform can be easily changed.

摘要: This invention relates, in a molding machine for continuously carrying out injection molding of a preform and blow molding of a molded article by intermittent rotation of a transfer plate, a rotary type injection molding machine in which a lip retainer plate undersurface of the transfer plate is moved upward and downward to open and close a mold. In this rotary type injection molding machine, the lip retainer plate is mounted on the lower end of a vertical shaft which is upwardly biased by means of a spring member and extends through the transfer plate, the lip retainer plate together with the vertical shaft being movable from the lower surface of the transfer plate to the upper surface of the mold, and a moving clearance at the upper end of the vertical shaft projected on the transfer plate is provided between the upper base plate and the transfer plate.
