摘要: A handrail installation with emergency lighting for tunnels, comprising a handrail, a closed cable duct, at least one flat cable that is installed along the closed cable duct, and multiple branching boxes for contacting the flat cable without stripping of insulation. The branching boxes contact the flat cable within the closed cable duct. The handrail and the cable duct rest on support surfaces, which are different from one another, on the top side of multiple support members, and the handrail is provided separately from the closed cable duct and the support members, the cable duct is provided separately from the support members, and the handrail is situated above the closed cable duct. The emergency lighting includes multiple lamps situated in succession, which are placed at the branching boxes and are supplied with power by same. The lamps are passed through superposed installation openings in the floor of the cable duct, in the direction of the tunnel floor, so that the lamps radiate into an area below the closed cable duct. The closed cable duct and the support members are made of fireproof metal, and the flat cable as well as the branching boxes have a fireproof design.

摘要: Cable connectors for connecting two multicore cables are provided including a clamping sleeve, having a ceramic insulator with openings on each side of the sleeve, for accommodating core conductors. The clamping sleeve includes contact inserts passing through the clamping sleeve. Clamping elements are provided to clamp the core conductors to the contact inserts to electrically connect the multicore cables. The cable connector has a heat shrink tube that surrounds the clamping sleeve and the cables. Furthermore, cable termination including a clamping sleeve with a ceramic insulator with openings for core conductors is provided. Contact inserts are situated behind the openings to clamp the core conductors on the contact inserts establishing mechanical fixing of the core conductors on the clamping sleeve. The cable termination includes a heat shrink tube as according to the first aspect.

摘要: Described is a riser that is secured against downward movement, having an electrical riser flat cable that extends vertically or with a vertical component, and at least one riser securing device, surrounding the flat cable, for securing the riser flat cable against downward movement by pressing the flat cable against a nonconductive pressing surface both in the absence of a fire and in the event of fire. The riser securing device includes an electrically nonconductive, fire-resistant clamping element, spaced apart from the pressing surface, that is freely movably guided in an oblique guide that reduces the distance of the clamping element from the pressing surface during downward movement of the clamping element. When a downward tensile force acts on the flat cable, the flat cable is pressable against the pressing surface by the clamping element that is freely movable in the oblique guide and thus variable in its distance from the pressing surface, even when there is a change in the cable thickness, and is thus clampable between the clamping element and the pressing surface. The variability in spacing of the clamp corresponds at least to the difference between the thickness of the flat cable in the intact state and the thickness of the flat cable in the state of melted or burnt-off cable insulation.

摘要: A first aspect relates to cable connectors for connecting two multicore cables, namely, two flat cables or one flat cable and one round cable. The cable connector includes a clamping sleeve, having a ceramic insulator with at least two openings, one on each side of the clamping sleeve, for accommodating core conductors. The clamping sleeve includes at least two contact inserts that pass through the clamping sleeve at corresponding openings on both sides. Clamping elements are associated with each of the at least two contact inserts in order to clamp the core conductors on one side or the other side of the contact inserts, and thus to establish electrical contact between the clamping sleeve and the multicore flat cable or round cable, thereby connecting the two cables. The cable connector also includes a heat shrink tube that envelops the entering portions of the cables and the clamping sleeve, and in the shrunken state lies tightly against an outer contour of the clamping sleeve and an outer contour of the portion of the cables that enter the clamping sleeve.A second aspect relates to a cable termination for the insulating termination of a multicore flat cable. The cable termination includes a clamping sleeve that includes a ceramic insulator with at least two openings on one side of the clamping sleeve for accommodating core conductors. The clamping sleeve includes at least two contact inserts situated behind the openings, a clamping element being associated with each of the at least two contact inserts in order to clamp the core conductors on the contact inserts and thus establish mechanical fixing of the core conductors on the clamping sleeve so as to electrically insulate them from one another, and thus to terminate the cable. The cable termination also includes a heat shrink tube that envelops the entering portion of the cable and the clamping sleeve, and in the shrunken state lies tightly against an outer contour of the clamping sleeve and an outer contour of the portion of the cable that enters the clamping sleeve.

The plug connection kit also includes a sealing sleeve that encases the plug housing, the socket housing, and the contact area between the two housings in order to protect the plug connection kit from penetration of water and/or dust.
