    摘要: An annular barrier configured to be arranged on an outer face of a well tubular metal structure for providing zonal isolation in an annulus downhole, includes an annular space defined by a first expandable metal sleeve part and a second expandable metal sleeve part. The first expandable metal sleeve part having an outer face configured to face away from the outer face of the well tubular metal structure and the second expandable metal sleeve part having an outer face configured to face the outer face of the well tubular metal structure when arranged around the well tubular metal structure. The annular barrier further includes a first inner annular sealing element arranged on the outer face of the second expandable metal sleeve part configured to seal between the second expandable metal sleeve part and the well tubular metal structure.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an annular barrier to be expanded in an annulus between a well tubular metal structure and a wall of a borehole or another well tubular metal structure in a well in order to provide zone isolation between a first zone having a first pressure and a second zone having a second pressure of the borehole, the annular barrier comprising a tubular metal part adapted to be mounted as part of the well tubular metal structure, an expandable metal sleeve surrounding the tubular metal part, each end of the expandable metal sleeve being connected with the tubular metal part defining an annular space between the expandable metal sleeve and the tubular metal part. The annular barrier further comprises a valve unit having an initial position and an end position, the valve unit comprising a first aperture in fluid communication with the inside, a second aperture in fluid communication with the annular space, a third aperture in fluid communication with the annulus. The invention also relates to a downhole system comprising a well tubular metal structure and an annular barrier in which the tubular metal part of the annular barrier is mounted as part of the well tubular well tubular metal structure.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a downhole expandable metal tubular having an axial extension, to be expanded in a well downhole to abut against an inner face of a casing or a borehole, comprising a first section having a first outer diameter, two circumferential projections having a second outer diameter which is larger than the first outer diameter, a second section arranged between the two projections, each projection having an inclined face tapering from the second outer diameter towards the second section, wherein the second section has a third outer diameter which is smaller than the first outer diameter in an unexpanded condition, and a sealing element is arranged between the projections opposite the second section, so that during expansion the second section bulges more radially outwards than the first section, forcing the sealing element radially outwards. The metal sleeve has a first thickness, an expansion opening in the tubular metal part through which fluid enters in order to expand the metal sleeve, and a valve assembly having a first opening fluidly connected with the first zone in the expanded condition of the annular barrier, a second opening fluidly connected with the second zone through a fluid channel between the tubular metal part and the metal sleeve, and a third opening fluidly connected with the expandable space. The fluid channel has an extension along a circumference of the tubular metal part being at least 5% of the circumference of the tubular metal part.
