Abstract: Described is a bagging station that uses a bag retaining fixture. The bag retaining fixture holds paper bags open at the bagging station so the paper bags can be filled without the bag moving or falling off the bagging station. The bag retaining fixture includes a plate and an elongate rod. The plate is coupled to the bagging station. The elongate rod is coupled to the plate such that the elongate rod captures a side of a paper bag between the elongate rod and a side wall of the bagging station. The bagging station can have a number of bag retaining fixtures coupled to it, so that a number of paper bags can be held open at a time, and filled with purchased items.

Abstract: A clip for coupling a portable computing device to a shopping cart comprises an inner sleeve. The inner sleeve partially encircles and applies a force to a tubular element of the shopping cart. An outer sleeve partially encircles the inner sleeve and couples the inner sleeve to the tubular element of the shopping cart. One of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve includes a protrusion that mates with a groove in the other of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve for locking the inner sleeve in the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve further includes a interlock slide that extends from a region of the inner sleeve not encircled by the outer sleeve for communicating with a mobile device cradle. The portable computing device is coupled to the mobile device cradle. A mobile device holder holds a mobile device for a shopper while shopping in a retail store.

Abstract: A shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart is described. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a shopping cart coupler assembly. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that holds at least one shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that holds the arms of one or more shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assemblies slidingly insert into a hollow body of the center piece and are adjustably coupled to the center piece. The shopping cart coupler assembly couples the bagging station to a shopping cart. Abstract: A mobile computing device holder that mounts to a wall is described. The mobile computing device holder holds a mobile computing device base, such as a docking station or charger. The mobile computing device base cradles a mobile computing device such as a smart phone or scanning device. The mobile computing device is docked in the base when not in use.
