Abstract: A display device and a display panel thereof are provided by embodiments of the present application, wherein the display panel includes a plurality of pixel regions distributed in a light-shielding matrix, each of the pixel regions includes at least three sub-pixel light-emitting regions; and the display panel includes data lines, touch lines, and a light-shielding matrix layer. The present application solves a technical problem that an aperture ratio of a display panel is not high in the prior art, and contrast of a displayed image of the display panel is affected.
