Abstract: An alignment device includes a first member, a second member, and a guide. The first member has an elongated body and is configured to be at least partially inserted into a canal in a first bone portion. The second member includes a body attachable to the first member and an arm extending from the body. The arm defines a track. The guide is configured to translate along the track defined by the arm. The guide includes an aperture configured to receive an alignment member therethrough. The guide is configured to be positioned at a desired position along the track to allow insertion of the at least one alignment member through the aperture and into the first bone portion at a desired trajectory.
