Abstract: A touch panel including a transparent cover plate, a decorative layer, and a touch layer structure is provided. The transparent cover plate has a viewing area and at least one side bending portion. The decorative layer is formed at a position at least corresponding to the side bending portion. The touch layer structure includes a touch sensing layer and a plurality of conductive traces. The touch sensing layer is disposed at a position corresponding to the viewing area. The plurality of conductive traces is electrically connected to the touch sensing layer and disposed at a position corresponding to the decorative layer.

Abstract: A touch panel includes a substrate, a patterned decorative layer, a sensing device, a buffer layer, a plurality of bonding pads, and a protection layer. The substrate has a transparent region and a peripheral region. The patterned decorative layer is disposed in the peripheral region of the substrate. The sensing device is disposed on the substrate and a portion of the sensing device is disposed on the patterned decorative layer. The buffer layer is disposed on the patterned decorative layer. The bonding pads are disposed on the buffer layer and electrically connected to the sensing device. The protecting layer covers the sensing device and has an opening that exposes at least one portion of the buffer layer and the bonding pads.
