    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-link device which includes a plurality of stations respectively operating in a plurality of links, but which, in an enhanced multi-link single radio (EMLSR) mode, does not perform transmission and reception in a second link of an EMLSR link while performing frame exchange in a first link of the EMLSR link, wherein the EMLSR link is a plurality of links to which the EMLSR mode is applied. The multi-link device comprises a transmission and reception unit, and a processor. When in the EMLSR mode, a first station, which is one of the plurality of stations included in the multi-link device, performs the frame exchange as a transmission opportunity (TXOP) holder in the first link, the processor ends the TXOP for the frame exchange before a point in time that arrives a predetermined time earlier than the point in time at which the multi-link device is to receive a beacon frame. The predetermined time is a delay time for the multi-link device to perform link switching.

    Abstract: A station of a multi-link device is disclosed. The station of the multi-link device comprises a transmission/reception unit and a processor. The multi-link device operates in a first link and a second link, which are non-simultaneous transmit and receive (STR) links in which simultaneous performance of reception by the multi-link device in any one link and the transmission by the multi-link device in another link is not supported. The processor determines that the transmission by another station of the multi-link device in the first link is performed, and if all of one or more predetermined conditions are not satisfied in the second link, the processor performs channel access according to channel access restrictions during the predetermined time from the time when the transmission by the other station in the first link is completed. The channel access restrictions determine whether a wireless medium is valid by using determination conditions.
