摘要： Composites which comprise a substrate (such as paper) to which a mesh (e.g. chicken wire) is firmly clasped by means of a plurality of retaining bands that overlie the mesh and are bonded to the substrate through holes in the mesh. The composites are useful as, for example, a backing for stucco and plaster walls.
