Abstract: A cell reselection method, a cell reselection processing method, and related devices are provided. The cell reselection method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a first message from a network side device. The Low-power cell reselection means to determine a to-be-camped-on cell after the terminal leaves the low-power state. The cell reselection method also includes performing, by the terminal, low-power cell reselection based on the measurement results when the terminal leaves the low-power state.
