摘要： Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for optimizing the communication of data packets in a data network. Network devices, such as routers, in the data network may be optimized to automatically calculate current latency values for a network path in real-time or near real-time and intelligently forward data packets based on the calculated values. The network devices may further optimally forward prioritized data traffic over network paths selected based on the calculated latency values.
