摘要： A skin care composition is an emulsion having a continuous phase and a dispersed phase. The continuous phase includes water and glycerin. The dispersed phase includes at least two emollients. The composition also includes a feel modifying particle and an emulsifier. IN some examples, the feel modifying particle can include modified corn starch and colloidal oatmeal.
