摘要： An optical head device comprising a light source unit, a deflecting element for changing the direction of travel of a light beam emitted from the light source unit, and a condensing element for condensing the light beam on a recording medium. A movable portion is formed so that the deflecting element and the condensing element move substantially together with each other relative to the recording medium, and the deflecting element is designed such that the variation in direction of the emergent light beam from the movable portion caused by the rotative displacement of the movable portion with respect to at least one axis can be decreased.

摘要： An optical head device comprises a light source, condensing optics for condensing a light beam emitted from the light source on an optical recording medium, a photodetector for detecting the light of the light beam reflected from the recording medium, and a beam splitter having a diffraction grating arranged in the optical path of the light beam entering the recording medium from the light source along a plane substantially perpendicular to the optical axis of the incident light beam to cause the light reflected light from the recording medium to be diffracted by the diffraction grating and directed to the photodetector.

摘要： This specification discloses a method of making a hologram imaged substantially without aberrations during the use when the wavelength of a light during the making differs from the wavelength of a light during the use and having high diffraction efficiency. In order to eliminate any aberration occuring when the hologram is used in a light beam of a different wavelength and to obtain high diffraction efficiency, a making light beam is caused to enter a predetermined coaxial optical system from outside the axis thereof to impart a suitable aberration, and a hologram is formed on a hologram sensitive material by the making light beam.

摘要： This invention presents a film reader equipped with a reflecting type screen, which is arranged in a housing of the reader and has a number of ring strip surfaces having different inclination angles and arranged concentrically. The common center of the ring strip surfaces is deviated from the center of the screen and locates outside of the screen and the end of the screen nearest to the common center is placed near to an observing aperture in the housing. A light source for illuminating a microfilm having recorded images and an optical system for projecting the image of the illuminated film to the screen are provided. Further, the screen is formed by one synthetic resin or preferably at least two kinds of synthetic resins having different refractive indices and mutually non-soluble property. A reflecting substance may be mixed with said resins.
