Abstract: A stator is provided with a core and a winding. The core includes a plurality of slots and a plurality of teeth formed between the slots. The winding is composed of a plurality of wires W bundled in an irregular arrangement. The winding includes a plurality of coil portions wound on each of the teeth, and a connecting portion connecting the coil portions together. The winding has a twisted shape in the connecting portion.
