Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a barrier layer, light-emitting diodes, and lenses. The barrier layer is provided on the substrate. The barrier layer has through holes. The light-emitting diodes are disposed in the through holes. The lenses is disposed at positions of the through holes. Each of the lenses has a first surface and a second surface, the second surface is a convex surface, and height of a top of the convex surface based on the substrate is greater than a height of an upper surface of the barrier layer based on the substrate. The first surface is opposed to the substrate with the light-emitting diode therebetween. The second surface is a back of the first surface.

Abstract: A light control device includes two light control units each having a light control sheet reversibly changeable between a transparent state and an opaque state, one light control sheet overlapping another light control sheet. The light control device has a state in which the light control sheets are simultaneously opaque, the light control sheet includes a transparent polymer layer having voids, and a liquid crystal composition including a liquid crystal compound and a dichroic dye. The voids being filled with the liquid crystal composition. An absorbance difference, which is a value obtained by subtracting an average absorbance of the liquid crystal composition from an absorbance of the light control sheets in the opaque state, is 0.4 or greater.
