Abstract: An information processing system is provided to reduce labor of medical staff in determining heart failure stage. The information processing system is configured to execute: a reading step of reading out an input first electrocardiogram including an electrocardiogram of a user; and a determination step of determining a heart failure stage of the user based on the first electrocardiogram and reference information, wherein the reference information is information showing a relationship between the second electrocardiogram, including the electrocardiogram obtained beforehand, in which the heart failure stage has been determined by the physician, and a feature quantity of the heart failure, wherein: the reference information is a learned model in which the feature quantity of the heart failure is learned from the second electrocardiogram, and the learned model is a model that learned a content determined in the determination step and corresponding clinical data.

Abstract: A capacitive sensor includes a sensor head, and a capacitance measurement unit. The sensor head includes a sheet-shaped base material, a measuring electrode on one surface of the base material, and a guard electrode on another surface of the base material. The guard electrode is positioned opposing to the measuring electrode in alignment with the same. The guard electrode has an outer periphery at least partially larger than an outer periphery of a shape formed by the measuring electrode. The capacitance measurement unit supplies an input voltage signal having a predetermined cycle to the measuring electrode, converts an output current signal output therefrom corresponding to the input voltage signal into an output voltage to output the output voltage as an output voltage signal, while supplying a voltage signal having a phase identical to a phase of the input voltage signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrocardiographic measurement method, including: preparing a bar body to be gripped by a hand of a subject of an electrocardiographic measurement; providing a first and second electrode with a space in an axial direction of the bar body and providing a ground electrode with a space in a circumferential direction of the bar body from at least one of the first and second electrodes; connecting an electrocardiogram measuring circuit between the first and second electrodes, and measuring an electrocardiogram signal of the subject by an electrocardiogram measuring circuit while the subject grips the bar body with right and left hands at positions of the first and second electrodes so as to bring the right and left hands into contact with the first and second electrodes, respectively, and to bring the ground electrode into contact with one of the right and left hands.
