摘要： A slider is adapted for use with a reclosable fastener for bags containing material. The reclosable fastener includes a first track and a second track. The first track includes a first profile, while the second track includes a second profile. The first and second profiles are releasably engageable to each other. At least one of the first and second profiles has an interior portion. The slider comprises a body that includes a top, a first side, a second side and a separation member on an underside of the top. The separation member is adapted to open and close the fastener and includes a slider finger that extends generally downwardly from the top. The slider finger extends into an interior portion of the first profile so as to assist in removing material trapped in the interior portion of the first profile when closing the reclosable fastener.

摘要： Disclosed is an article of manufacture including bag having a front surface; a rear surface; two side surfaces each having a gusset therein and connecting the front and rear surfaces; a flattenable bottom surface formed by connecting the front, rear, and side surfaces; and a top surface formable by connecting the front, rear, and side surfaces. The bag has a height, a width, and a depth, and defines an internal volume. The bag is sealable and has a seal strength of at least about 1,600 pounds per square inch. The bag is formed from a plastic laminate having a thickness of from about 130 to about 200 microns and a tensile strength of at least about 3,400 pounds per square inch. The article of manufacture also includes at least about 15 pounds of a particulate, flowable composition contained therein. The bag can also have a closure system comprising a non-reusable closure and a reusable closure. Also included are methods, using the article of manufacture, of enhancing palatability of an oxidizable, particulate, flowable composition contained therein.

The reclosable seal extends along one end and includes first track and second tracks. The first track includes a first fin portion and a first reclosable element. The first fin portion has a first end and a second end that is further from the first reclosable element. The one-time breakable element comprises first and second sections and initially extends from the first fin portion to the second fin portion. Each of the first and second sections extends upwardly and inwardly from near the respective second ends of the first and second fin portions so as to form a generally inverted U-shaped or V-shaped cross-sectional configuration. The first and second opposing body panels are attached to respective first and second sections of the one-time breakable element.
