Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for automatically synchronizing ledgers of two separate accounts, namely an account at a financial institution and a wagering account of a gaming environment, in real-time based on various activities, such as withdraws, wager events, demand deposit account activities, and the like. Such an approach minimizes costs associated with the fund transfer and management and reduces undesirable churning of funds. The real-time synchronization of the account ledgers can occur without the user necessarily being aware, thereby creating a frictionless and enjoyable experience for users of the online betting and gaming platform.
