An epoxy-anhydride resin is prereacted with an antioxidant oligomer selected from the group consisting of organophosphorus compounds, sterically-hindered alkylated phenolics, alkyl and aryl thio-esters, alkyl and aryl thio-phosphites, thiazoles, lactones, hydroxylamines, and maleimides.
