Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication technique and system for combining 5G communication systems with IoT technologies to achieve a higher data rate beyond 4G systems. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail businesses, and security and safety related services) on the basis of 5G communication technologies and IoT related technologies. As an embodiment of the present specification, there is provided a method of signal transmission and reception for a user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system. The method may include: receiving first information for providing a service from a service providing server; receiving second information for managing a session associated with the service from the service providing server; and sending a signal to the service providing server on the basis of the first information and the second information. In one embodiment of the present specification, when a sponsored service and a WebRTC service are provided, service provision information and session management information are associated together. Thereby, it is possible to improve user convenience and service effectiveness.
