Abstract: A multi-display device includes a plurality of display modules. At least one display module of the plurality of display modules includes: a receiver to receive first video data and first control data from another display module connected to a front stage, from among the plurality of display modules, or an external input device; one or more processors to obtain, from the first video data, a first area corresponding to video data that the at least one display module displays; and a merger to: allocate, to the first area, second control data including remaining control data of the first control data other than control data of the first control data to control the at least one display module, and merge the second control data with second video data including remaining video data of the first video data other than video data of the first video data that the at least one display module displays.

Abstract: Disclosed are an electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device. Specifically, the electronic device according to the present disclosure receives a first image signal and a second image signal which are separated from an original image signal through a first channel and a second channel having different frequency bandwidths, and which have different data rates. When the first image signal and the second image signal are received, the electronic device determines whether an error exists in the second image signal, obtains a first output image signal and a second output image signal on the basis of the first image signal and the second image signal according to a result of the determination, and outputs the obtained first output image signal or second output image signal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-display apparatus including display modules and a sensor. Some of the display modules sequentially connected receive a signal from the sensor, and each of the display modules transmits signals including the signal from the sensor to a display module connected to a rear stage thereof. The display module connected to a final stage transmits the signal from the sensor to a control box. The control box includes a detector configured to detect whether signals from a plurality of transmission lines include a generated flag signal based on the signals including a signal from the sensor and a selector configured to select a transmission line detected as including the flag signal by the detector and set the selected transmission line as a channel for communication with the sensor.
