Abstract: A device is provided. The device includes a detection unit configured to detect driving conditions of a vehicle, and a control unit configured to limit notifications with respect to events that occur in the device during a section according to the detected driving conditions and provide the limited notifications during the section if the driving conditions are changed, wherein the section is determined in real time according to the driving conditions of the vehicle.
