The display apparatus includes: a receiver configured to receive a broadcasting content corresponding to one channel among a plurality of channels; a display configured to display an image of the received broadcasting content; a user input configured to receive a user input; and a controller configured to control the display to display a content map in which an icon of at least one broadcasting content belonging to a corresponding content group is arranged in a region for a plurality of content groups, and display an image of the broadcasting content in response to the icon of the broadcasting content being selected according to the user input.

The present disclosure relates to an image processing device, an operation method of the image processing device, and a computer-readable recording medium. The image processing device according to an embodiment in the present disclosure may comprise: a voice-obtaining unit for obtaining the voice of a user and generating a first voice signal; a communication interface unit for receiving a second voice signal of the user from an external device; and a processor which, after the first voice signal is received from the voice-obtaining unit, performs a first pre-processing operation employing voice amplification of the received first voice signal, and, after the second voice signal is received via the communication interface unit, performs a second pre-processing operation employing noise amplification of the second voice signal.

An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device comprises: multiple microphones for receiving audio signals generated by multiple sound sources; a communication unit for communicating with a voice recognition server; and a processor for determining the direction in which each of the multiple sound sources is located with reference to the electronic device, on the basis of the multiple audio signals received through the multiple microphones, determining at least one target sound source among the multiple sound sources on the basis of the duration of the determined direction of each of the sound sources, and controlling the communication unit such that the communication unit transmits, to the voice recognition server, an audio signal of a target sound source from which a predetermined voice is generated among the at least one target sound source.

The display apparatus includes: a signal receiver configured to receive a broadcasting signal; a display configured to display an image based on the received broadcasting signal; a sound receiver configured to receive a sound spoken by a user; a first sound recognizer configured to be supplied with power when the display apparatus is in a standby mode, and determine whether the received sound is a reserved word candidate having a high probability of corresponding to a reserved word; a second sound recognizer configured to be supplied with power when the received sound is determined as the reserved word candidate and to determine whether the received sound is the reserved word; and a controller configured to control the preset operation to be performed when the received sound is determined as the reserved word.

An electronic device and a method for recognizing a speech are provided. The method for recognizing a speech by an electronic device includes: receiving sounds generated from a sound source through a plurality of microphones; calculating power values from a plurality of audio signals generated by performing signal processing on each sound input through the plurality of microphones and calculating direction information on the sound source based on the calculated power values and storing the calculated direction information; and performing the speech recognition on a speech section included in the audio signal based on the direction information on the sound source. As a result, the electronic device may correctly detect only a speech section from an audio signal while improving a speech section detection related processing speed.

Disclosed herein is an electronic apparatus and method thereof. The electronic apparatus includes a communication unit receiving content and additional information for the content, a signal processing unit signal-processing the content and determining the signal-processed contents into one of an audio signal and a video frame, and a processor determining a first keyword and a second keyword for the first keyword by using the additional information and generating summary content according to a plurality of video frames synchronized to a plurality of audio signal sections corresponding to at least one of the first keyword and the second keyword. As a result, the summary contents are able to be easily generated.
Abstract:
A display apparatus which is capable of recognizing a voice and a method thereof are provided. The method includes receiving an uttered voice of a user, extracting a plurality of similar words which are similar to the uttered voice by extracting voice information from the uttered voice and measuring reliability of a plurality of words based on the extracted voice information, setting a word satisfying a predetermined condition from among the plurality of extracted similar words as a target word with respect to the uttered voice, and displaying at least one of the target word and a similar word list including similar words other than the target word. In this manner, a display apparatus may improve a recognition rate on an uttered voice of a user without changing an internal component related to voice recognition, such as, an acoustic model, a pronunciation dictionary, or the like.
