Abstract: A projector for correcting a projected image includes an image input unit for outputting a source image; a correction parameter input unit for receiving at least one correction parameter for the source image; an image correction unit for texture-mapping the source image to a virtual 3-Dimensional (3D) object corresponding to a surface onto which a corrected image is to be displayed in order for the source image from the image input unit may be projected onto the 3D object, and then generating the corrected image obtained by applying the at least one correction parameter to the 3D object; and a projection unit for projecting the corrected image from the image correction unit onto the surface.
